I came in and went to the counter. The girl who approached me was maybe 16-17 she didn’t say a word she just stared at me. I’ve never been here before so I was confused if this was where I was supposed to go. She just stared at me for a minute before I asked if this was where I was supposed to be she said “ya” and took my order. I felt very uncomfortable and the whole thing was very uncanny. I felt super awkward. No one greeted me. No one talked to me. The whole experience was very horrible. Don’t be in customer service if you’re not a people person. Her and the girl with dark hair and glasses just kept staring. I had to pass the lady with glasses to look at the sauces and I said “oh sorry excuse me” and she didn’t say a word. She just stared at me, as well. Am I an alien.

The quality here is top-notch and always consistent. I prefer this location over the others in the area because I've never had a bad sub from here. People are friendly, everything's fresh, and they take online orders.

I never leave a review for anything, but i felt i had to with firehouse. I got an Italian sub, one of the worst subs i ever had. The sub did NOT even taste like an Italian sub, it was so soggy with dressing the bread was falling apart. I will never eat at thos place again , i was so disappointed

The meat was a very chintzy portion and did not taste right. The sandwich was also very dry despite the fat and gristle which was disappointing. The quality has really slipped.
