Didn’t get the food that was ordered. Had ordered off of DoorDash and when selecting what we DIDNT want on the sandwich it translated to them that we didn’t want anything at all on the sandwich, staff was rude and difficult to talk to and offered no help at all.

Excellent food. Preparer's are awesome. Cashier seemed overwhelmed and disengaged. Heard her on the phone twice, telling customers she was too busy to take their orders and do it online.

We Typically have a good experience here. After today, won't be coming back. When you spend 60$ on sandwiches, you expect the right stuff. When we got home, we realized over half our order was wrong, called the manager Amanda and she was nothing but rude, Offered for me to come back and remake it in a very rude tone, didn't apologize, said she couldn't refund over the phone, didn't offer to give my points back on the app. Very disappointed in them today. My husband said she was very rude to her employees as well while he was in the store. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I showed up 10 minutes before close, if anyone has worked in fast food when it’s time to close you just want to be done,
These great people made me 2 Awesome Subs!! They showed what great customer service is all about!! Thank you for a great meal! Macala, Lindsey and Dillion were awesome! They need a raise!!

I just got a turkey sub from here and I ate it before work and it made me feel so sick. I am about 90% sure it is food poisoning. I nearly had to leave work and I am still feeling so sick after work currently…. and reading other reviews this place lowkey bad??
