This place has gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. A bacon cheese burger is like 5 ingredients and 3 of them are in the name, how do you mess that up?

Just got an Oreo shake here ND it was good. The only issue I had was the straw they give out. Its too think to suck up the cookie pieces mixed in the shake, making it difficult to drink. Did not try the burgers or fries at this location.

I'll keep this review short and simple.
Food is amazing, Service is amazing. Your staff is amazing. However this place is expensive. $50 for two people to eat? That is nuts. Staff doesn't control prices, so I'm not knocking a star. I honestly don't know how a family of 4 or more could afford this place.

My hubby & I had delicious burgers on our way to our weekly grocery shopping! As always the food was great. My hubby did have to ask for his milkshake that didn't arrive with the food, but it didn't take away from our experience.

Casual, clean, friendly. Yes it's fast food, but upper level.
I only indulge rarely. But the burgers and fries are sooo good.

This five guys is slower than a parade of turtles.! If you want to wait 45 min for 1 cheeseburger than its ok.!
So friendly!!! She even called out from the back of the kitchen 'goodbye darlin' with a big smile and wave đđđ„°

Takeout order, purchased two little cheeseburgers that were great. Requested no salt on my fries. What I got was extra salt on my fries. It was unbearable that I could not enjoy my fries with my burgers. I had to deep six the fries and wasted money. If I order from this location again, I will definitely check my order before I walk out the door. Enough said about quality insurance at this location. I got a trick and a treat.

Pretty well kept burger joint. I ordered the cheeseburger which is a double patty, fresh and well made. If you order regular fries (they dontât come with the burger) theyâre dumping a whole half paper bag of fries in there lol which can easily feed 2 people, probably even 3. Nonetheless, good place

AVOID THIS PLACE!
I arrived at the Five Guys in Merritt Island (owned by Bengelâs Burgers Merritt Island, LLC â Christopher B. Bengel, Charles W. Bengel, and Lester Hatter, Jr.) at 9:55 p.m. on my e-bike in the rain.
At 9:59, all I asked for was ketchup. The staff said they couldnât open the door or theyâd be FIRED.
Then I found out my burger was wrong. Instead of fixing it, they told me to âcome back tomorrowâ for a refund. When I insisted on resolving it right then, they shoved a $10 bill at me and told me to get lost.
Thatâs not customer service â thatâs humiliation. Employees are clearly scared of management, and customers are treated like a problem. This franchise does not deserve to represent the Five Guys name.
CLOSE YOUR DOORS PERMANENTLY AND TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT!
It looks like the bureaucracy even got here. Coca Cola is no longer original, disgusting. And most importantly, Cheeseburger doesn't look like real meat. It looks like this artificial meat they began to use like all other fast foods like McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King unfortunately. If this Cheeseburger is compared from a restaurant, then the taste of the meat will be completely different in taste

3 little burgers 2 w/cheese (they were all supposed to have cheese but it wasn't rang in that way) 2 regular fries and a drink, with tip $50. Ok. Shift manager was on the ball, staff was friendly, place was reasonably clean. But no amount of explanation defending food cost can explain the following pictures and video (if it will load). EDIT: All 3 burgers were supposed to have grilled mushrooms and onions. Wholesale prices: Angus patty $2.50 each. Fresh lean ground beef priced the same. Mushrooms still only $4 a pound, yellow onions topping out at $3 a pound. Nothing outrageous here except the proportions I got served. If you are going to cut corners like this at least shrink the bun so it isn't so obvious.

No matter what Google says and somebody needs to get on here to correct it. This store closes at 10 PM. They will give you enough french fries that you wonât know what to do with them and the fries are pretty tasty. Try the Cajun.
