Hibachi Buffet is a buffet with a good variety of items, tailoring to just about anyone who likes Chinese food. At the time of my visit, Hibachi was not an option but they did have the sushi bar open. The employees are friendly enough, and the atmosphere is above average.
Other than those positives, the water tasted like it was fresh out of the sink, the fountain Pepsi was flat and the food was just about average, with some select options shining above the others.
I would not expect to be blown away but it is about what you can expect from a run of the mill buffet, which isn't bad at all.

If you are in dire need of a buffet this will work, they have ample space and the service is average or better. If you are seeking quality food - drive right on by. The sushi offerings look like sushi, feel like sushi, but are lacking in quality and flavor compared to any other buffet in the county I've had. Some of the other items, fresh fish filet, sweet and sour chicken, or bao buns are either poorly cooked, or lack flavor, or both. It truly was disappointing in that it feels terrible to waste food, like when you select an item and cannot even fathom finishing it, while feeling terrible you are paying $15+ per head and aren't satisfied.

An average Chinese buffet. On the small side compared to Crystal Buffet in Melbourne which is much bigger and has a better selection of foods. I did notice omwhen doing a search that they have had health violations which made me wary. Overall I would probably drive a bit further and go somewhere else. Service was good though. I think this restaurant may be affiliated with Cfystal Buffet in Melbourne. Crystal Buffet has a better atmosphere as well with a KOI pond and nice ambiance.

One of the best chinese food buffets i've ever been to. The food was hot great quality and amazing choices. Is bathrooms were clean. And the people were friendly. My husband and I found it by default before we got on our cruise, and we came back 8 days later when we got off the ship before we headed back to north carolina.

Our table wasn’t cleaned before we were seated, the food tasted like it was reheated a few too many times, nobody came to refresh our drinks and then we were charged $66 for two adults and a child. Definitely was not worth the amount spent!! Will not be going back.

The food wasn't bad at all. I thought it was a little pricey. My check said "weekend buffet" so I am guessing there is an upcharge for a Saturday. With a tip this was expensive in my opinion.
