It was horrible. This place has gone down hill. It was fun hibachi dine in experience. When I was there last week it was empty no hibachi no alchohol the menu has changed. Im sad to see this.

I order double noodles no rice when I get home is rice and my son don't like rice plus I living 35 min away so when I call the manager said I'm sure I make this order double noodles no rice so she said pretty much I'm I lie.I have the proof the problem is no the confusion is the how you treated you customer still they have receipts and proof of picture.The food there no is bad but please be better person with customer

This was a group of us party of 7 going in for a birthday party. First tried to make reservations their phone system doesn't work and no voice-mail. So we went in at 1:15 pm. Got there hibachi tables closed today (was not stated on website) birthday girl decided to stay and eat in dining side. We sat down to order and there was no alcohol (the owner let liquor license expire whatever so we order drinks. Ordered hot tea with honey and they have no honey, ordered soft shell crab for appetizers no soft shell crab , they had one dessert to offer they had none of the others. Disappointed to say the least. I will not be going back. I felt bad for waitress.

Went here today with a group of 9, we were the only customers in the building and the rude hostess told us we have to wait for our 9th person to show before seating 8 of us and made us wait in the front for what felt like forever because the A/C was off and it was very warm and uncomfortable in there, other people in my party complained of the heat as well. We also noticed the place was extremely dirty the doors, table tops, everything!

Once we were finally seated ( still the only people in the place ) the hostess comes to get our drink orders. The water is disgusting it’s definitely unfiltered tap. We placed our orders and the chef came out to begin cooking I ordered an appetizer that I never got because the hostess told me she forgot to put that order in it seemed as though she didn’t want to have to bring anything else to the table other than the main course so it felt deliberate, the chef was unwelcoming rushed thru cooking and gave us extremely bland food. Shortly after leaving our stomachs were hurting so bad as other reviewers have stated. We will not be going back! Not sure how they stay in business seems to be on its last leg as no one there cares about food quality or service.

Horrible service and the steak and chicken were impossible to eat. Grissly steak and had very tough , dry chicken. When we complained we were told it was supposed to be that way. The soda was flat with very little ice. We couldn't eat any of it. All in all it cost over 60 dollars and we had to leave and get something to eat. Tables were sticky and dirty. Front windows walking in were all dirty and smeared. We were the only customers in the place until another group walked in and immediately walked out because the table was sticky and dirty.

The food was amazing and it was my first time eating lobster in like 6-8 years

Our first visit will be our last. We wanted to do something different & special for a celebration, but we were really disappointed. Overall, nothing really had much taste. My wife had the steak & shrimp combo - the steak was overcooked - she asked for medium rare, and her shrimp was overcooked to the point it was like rubber. My steak and chicken was basically the same way - steak was overcooked, as I also ordered it medium rare. Both the chicken and steak were very tough also. There was no salt or soy sauce on the table - could've used both, as well as extra napkins! There was literally nothing on the table. Server checked on us when we were nearly finished eating. VERY overpriced for the quality of food you get.

To expensive for low portions

Not good at all. Dirty bathrooms and literally 30 minutes after eating felt ill. Both my wife and I felt the same. Hard pass

Order takeout I have to say not going to eat here again used to be a regular customer but even the white sauce you can tell is cheap the food tasted rubbery

The noodles were stuck together in clumps so clearly not made well. The shrimp was over cooked and unflavored. Do not recommend

We went there on a Monday afternoon. The food was amazing. Their chicken katsu is out of this world. And the whole atmosphere was so calming and quiet. It was the perfect way to spend time with family.
