Waitresswas horrible had to ask for or drinks twice after we got our food. Did not get us at all but when a white couple entered she was alive friendly and Constantly asking them do they need anythinow?We usually go to this restaurant in the evening and our services have always been nice. On this particular day we went during lunch time and it was awful shame on them.

This place just needs to close down, all the workers act like they dont want to be there anyways. I went here for my 18th birthday with a group of friends and my boyfriend. From the very beginning it was a very sad experience, as soon as we walked in it was empty and dead silent. we were not greated at the door and our host seemed to be annoyed that we wanted to have dinner here. she took our drink orders and had an attitude the whole time. The soup tasted like straight up water with a drop of chicken broth. I used to come here all the time and the food and service was so much better. it just gets worse and worse every time I go. As for the actual the food was okay, but our cook had no interaction with us whatsoever, no entertainment, no conversation. just showed up made the food told us to tip him then left. would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to this place for my friend’s 18th birthday and it was SO NASTYYY…. For starters, when we got there there was not a single person there which should have been our cue to go somewhere else. As we were there our waitress arrives and she has seemed to have an attitude. When I ask what kind of drinks they have she says “coke products???” while she proceeds to say it with an attitude. So she takes our menus and leaves. When our cook arrives, he doesn’t say a word which takes away from the whole experience the performance was sad, the cooking was sad and the overall experience was sad. moving back before the chef even arrived, our waitress brings our miso soup and it tasted like HOT MOP TAP WATER and the salad tasted funky like the sauce had been overly processed or it sat out for days and they just popped it in the fridge or something. Back to the Hibachi experience, there wasn’t one? . What’s the point of working somewhere when you’re miserable? The place was overall sad and I don’t recommend the place to ANYONE especially if you don't want to feel unwelcome and awkward.

I went there for my friend’s 18th birthday and it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. To start off, when we arrived the place was completely empty which should’ve been our sign to leave. When we got our drinks our server had an attitude and when our cook came in he didn’t try to interact with us or make conversation. The only time I heard him talk was when he said sorry to me because he spilled food on my pants. Our soup tasted like hot tap water and our waitress seemed like she had a problem with filling up our drinks. My food was decent but i’ve had better. I DO NOT recommend coming here.

Unfortunately we were there as a gifted night out and wanted to try it, but we were there on a Monday and had a wait time of 25 minutes with an empty lobby... So nature called and I went to use the restroom and it was NASTY!!!! Which made me wonder if the restroom was that bad .. how bad was the kitchen kept... So we opted to leave on the grounds of unclean conditions. See pics for yourself.

WENT HERE FOR MY SONS 8TH BDAY AND WAS THE WORST HIBACHI EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! It was very hot in the restaurant when we first arrived. When the cook finally comes out, he says nothing to the 17 people party I came with. He did no tricks he did not talk. He kept messing up everyone’s order. he did not engage with anyone during the time that he was cooking our meals.For all of that, I could have went to a regular restaurant and just ordered food and ate but I went to a hibachi So we could have the hibachi experience. Never again will I recommend this hibachi restaurant or spend another dime In this establishment. And to top it off, they added the gratuity in knowing damn well it was not earned.

We just arrived in town and wanted to grab a good meal before leaving for a cruise. Wait time was 30 minutes which was ok. After waiting we went back for habachi and there was one cook. The waitress brings two customers to sit with us. It’s obvious they are sick. Sniffing, sneezing, coughing. We ended up leaving. I feel that it was inconsiderate to allow them eating next to us. Everyone has different health conditions and I feel this should be considered when placing customers next to each other in a small space.

Have been here several times. This time was the worse. Got a hibachi table. Waited 40 mins for other groups to arrive before they would start cooking. The chef did an absolute horrible show and had no personality. Food was way over done and salty.

Both times wr have gone to the hibachi tables , waited long time for dinner . Food was bland an way to expensive for amount you get . Not to mention the cook with no flare aka show . We can make it ourselves on our Blackstone an still spend less for a family of 5 adults .

Everything was good. The hibachi is good and the staff very friendly. The sauce in the salad was very tasty.Vegetarian options: Very flexible on changing it.

Went there later around 7/8pm.. We were excited to try the hibachi with steak. The rice and noodles tasted kind of stale like they had been sitting out for awhile and were just reheated, steak was good though, their yum yum sauce tasted very sweet almost like a honey mustard so that was disappointing didn’t want to use it at all. Waters they gave us tasted like sink water so did the broth in the miso soup, just bad. All in all not worth the $28 dollar per plate price we paid. Place was disappointing.

Was really looking forward to eating here after reading the reviews. We were told hibachi tables were shut down for the night (arrived 2 hours before close) but no worries we didn’t care and sat at a table. Husband and I both ordered hibachi. The salad was DRENCHED in sauce and the soup was inedible. I can’t even describe the taste that, that soup had. It was terrible. We push it to the side and wait for our food. Food arrived and server messed up on our order, but no worries it was a simple fix so we just handled it at the table. Both of our plates tasted like the flat top was just cleaned and the food was thrown directly back on it. My husband and I have both never sent food back EVER! He decided to drown his in the room temperature yum sauce to get the taste away. I couldn’t even eat it. Every bite that I tried the taste got worse and worse. I did in fact send my food back and honestly felt terrible for doing so. The server did take it off of our bill, but the manager never came over to the table.Could have just been an off night, but for the prices that they charge you shouldn’t expect anything less.It’s a shame, because we were really excited to try this place out.

I’m glad I went and didn’t base my opinion on the negative reviews. It was GREAT! The chef was very entertaining and food was seasoned perfectly. This was a great family lunch outing and we will definitely be back!
