It's not just wings

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I started ordering from this Ghost Kitchen at Chilli's when the pandemic started to try something new. It was good. Left good reviews on DD. Ordered several times after,call good. Now when I tried to order, the garlic Parmesan and Santa Fe hot are no longer available. Good way to isolate your customers. I can make better in my deep fryer. Convenience was great. Goodbye to another DoorDash restaurant/GK.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

I ordered off of Uber Eats, it got to me pretty fast but I also paid for priority. I ordered 8 bone in wings. Lemon pepper for the first flavor and mango habanero for the second. The fries were old and hard. The mango habanero sauce tasted like buffalo sauce with a weird sour tangy taste to it. I could not eat the mango ones and am trying to wipe the sauce off with paper towel. The lemon pepper is okay, not much to talk about here. I’m just glad the wings seem to be done as per other reviews.

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Food was nasty wings wasn't cooked fully they were soft and little to no sauce on them. This place is located inside of chillis restaurant it's called a ghost restaurant, so it's actually chillis wings, fries and sauce. Had a taste for some good flavored wings and was definitely disappointed. Oh, and not to mention, the wings were huge, and that wasn't a good thing. Customer service was good all and all, but I won't return for those wings ever again.

gave my coworker completely raw chicken and customer service literally did not care

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

You love wings? Then this is the place to go..you will love to eat wings of all sorts from here..it will drip off the bones. You will be in love..

Wings were not done both orders! I ordered online and called up there and specifically told them tho cook them Extra Extra Crispy and both orders were soggy and half cooked

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.
