The cupcakes are INCREDIBLE! Not over sweet and so fresh! My wife was so excited when she walked in and saw all the cupcakes and fudge it literally made her dance around! We will definitely be back next time we visit Merritt Island.

The owner never got back to when I sent pics of cupcakes I was asking them to make for my nieces bday. They wrote me originally and said they could and when I responded back very quickly asking about the price, I heard nothing.

I have been purchasing cupcakes from Pam for several years now. They are always moist and the icing is not overly sweet. I don’t like the chocolate ganache icing, but everything else is superb. I wouldn’t even consider buying cupcakes elsewhere. Note: I have only purchased the wheat flour cupcakes

The cupcakes are a bit, pricey, but I think they are in line with other small bakeries that sell cupcakes. No matter the price, this is my cupcake place.

My one disappointment: Just Cupcakin’ Around is not open every day!

Made a U turn to stop by their truck. Tried 4 cupcakes and they were all DELICIOUS. I'll be making a trip to their bakery to try the rest of the flavors 🤍

Cakes so delicious We went there for 3 years in a row for every birthday cake we needed.
But the lady serving could be a little bit more welcoming.
Couldn't tell if she was bothered that we're giving her business or she was just in a bad mood.
We kept going back to see maybe it's just a bad day for her
but I think we got a smile once in the 15 times we went there.

Too bad because she's super talented.

This is my family's go to dessert shop. The cakes are so moist and the icing is like a not too sweet cream cheese. We had our wedding cake made by them and everyone was asking who we had made it because is was so delicious! (The spiderman cake was a surprise from our party from publix) we paid $350 for 12-9-6 inch cake with delivery and set up. Worth every penny
