I want to take a moment to recognize Tori, the manager at KFC, for his incredible customer service. A couple of months ago, I ordered a family meal, but it was a very busy day, and there was a small mistake—they accidentally shorted me 4 pieces. When I called to let them know, Tori was extremely understanding and apologetic. He took down my name and assured me they’d make it right next time.
Yesterday, I went back to get another family meal, planning to just add the missing pieces from last time. Tori went above and beyond—he not only remembered the situation but insisted on giving me the entire meal for free as a way to make things right. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication to great service truly stood out. Thank you, Tori, for turning a small mistake into an experience that showed how much you care about your customers.

Im literally writing this review as they make my food. The little boy not even going to give him the common courtesy to call him a man in the drive through at 7:12pm on November, 18th 2024 was super rude and spoke to me as if I was incapable of ordering food. He was rushing me and just overall made me not want to come back. As someone whom works in the food industry this person should not be allowed to continue bringing a company down. This needs to be made an example of what not to do in the future no matter the establishment

Calling the restaurant to see if they were close and getting an answer from whoever answered the phone response was " we never was close" and me responding to them saying I place my order with them and not even finishing my sentence they or whoever on the other end hangs up on me which is quite rude.

Called a online order into the KFC MAUMELLE, NORTH LITTLE ROCK. WHEN I GET THIS ONE CASHIER MY GOOD IS NOT FRESH, MY FRESH FRIES ARE HARD .MY DRUMSTICK AND THIGH LOOKS LIKE IT CAME OFF A BABY CHICK. I'M VENTING ONLINE BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONE. I ordered the cherry desert @$2.49. The pot pie /drink and the drink did come with a option, and I chose cranberry Pepsi. Then he said his failed to make a item on my order and I was assuming ot was the cherry tart. So when I get my order the cherry tarts were there but I didn't receive my chix pot pie. He had asked me if I wanted to replace my missing item since I had paid online and I asked for my choices. so I said the 2 piece chix special because he didn't offer anything of greater value when in actuality I paid $7.99 plus tax that gave a drink option. And he informed me, oh no drink comes with that
So you replacing a $7.99 plus tax order with a $5
00 plus tax order. And if the drink didn't come with it, which it did, you could have thrown it in to equal up to
what I paid for the chix pot pie combo. Plus I opted to get the free tender/fries combo and my fries were all tough. I come there weekly, but never got food this bad. And they are not answering the phone

They got my order wrong plus the chicken is burnt in both meals that my co worker picked up. So now near of us have food for lunch but a biscuit and that’s it. I will never go to this location again.

Soon as you pull up and get out the car the whole outside of the restaurant smells like a dead animal. All 3 people I talked to inside were extremely rude and after waiting over 30 minutes for a chicken tender meal I finally get back to my car and start driving down th road and find out my Chicken tenders are completely raw inside. I was on my lunch so no time to go back and exchange it so no lunch for me today. THIS PLACE NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP!
As if the ratings couldn’t be worse, now staff has been caught putting grease outside of the store and now are trying to cover it up. Absolutely deplorable.

I hope they close down!! Instead of properly dumping their grease traps, they dump it outside on the ground in the mulch!! Highly unsanitary, not to mention illegal
