I want to take a moment to recognize Tori, the manager at KFC, for his incredible customer service. A couple of months ago, I ordered a family meal, but it was a very busy day, and there was a small mistake—they accidentally shorted me 4 pieces. When I called to let them know, Tori was extremely understanding and apologetic. He took down my name and assured me they’d make it right next time.

I went to this kfc and the manger whitney was very pleasant and kind I got my order very fast and the food was perfectly cooked definitely the best kfc I've ever been to will come back 4 sure

Here now. Inside. One woman, Whitney, is behind the counter, and she is also running drive thru. It's busy. The woman is kicking ass. She's being kind, pleasant, respectful. Not sure how she's doing it.

KFC, you need to step it up and get Whitney some help!
