Open and spacious inside. Great variety for choices. Huge portions!!! Amazing food!!! Everything we had tasted so fresh! Our waitress was so sweet (I don't think I caught her name though).

Clean environment and they are very friendly and nice

There were many gluten free options on the menu. Server mentioned off menu gluten free options as well including the Oreo pancakes! Chicken and waffles were delicious! Generous portions especially for the money. Great service. Highly recommend

The service was excellent. The young woman named Paola who greeted us was super friendly and nice, as was the waitress. It feels good to see young people with a vocation for service and enjoying their work.

Came here while on vacation with my wife and quickly became one of our favorite stops of the week. Our server, Elle, was extremely kind, attentive, and even provided us an overview of the menu before we ordered.

We order the Country Bowl and the Custard Fresh Fruit French Toast to split as a combo of sweet and savory - the food was delicious! And very reasonably priced!

Highly recommend to anyone checking out the Merritt Island/Cocoa area.

My Pancake House has become a regular stop for my wife and I when we visit Cocoa Beach! It’s tough to find home cooked food from someplace that’s not a chain…but this is it! The Food is always hot and fresh and the cinnamon pancakes are amazing! 😍

I ordered the double meat breakfast it was delicious! The corned beef hash was good the chicken fried steak was good hash browns eggs toast everything was excellent. My server was Katie she was excellent as well! In fact a man came in with his daughter they ordered pancakes when he asked his daughter if she would like anything for the top of her pancakes she said sprinkles 5 seconds later Katie goes to the order window and asked for an order of sprinkles. Highly recommended!

Jaime & Katie were wonderful! They had excellent customer service and I hope I get them again when I come back…because I will be back. These are gourmet pancakes and waffles. Forget Denny’s & IHOP because they are trash compared to this place. That’s gotta be one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. When you see them you’re gonna be like “omg…those are PHAT!” 😍😍😍

Went from 5 stars to 3 with our last visit..The good: Food & service continue very good. The bad: On this visit menu had changed and the several good salad options we came for had been discontinued. We understand price increases (very evident on this visit) as a sign of the times, but don’t eliminate your healthy option! We’re sure this was a business decision, unfortunately our business decision is to no longer visit your restaurant. Gonna miss your friendly local atmosphere ☹️
