I was passing by and decided to stop in and get a to go order. I love Mexican food and I'm always looking for new places to eat. The service was great and portions were pretty good too. I got a fiesta taco salad and a side of rice and beans. The salad was filled with meat which was great because most mexican places I eat from never puts enough meat but that was the only positive thing about the food. Having lived in Southern California for 10 years, I missed true authentic Mexican food when I moved back to the area. Most places around here are Tex Mex or Cuban infused and it's not the same. So when I see people complaining about the quality of the food at Mi Mexico Lindo, I am not surprised. They should maybe go to taco bell or somewhere that caters more to people who are unfamiliar with authentic Mexican food.
