There was only one vegan option, a lentil chili with tortilla chips. It was $12.99 plus tax which is a bit ridiculous for what it is. I appreciated having a clearly labelled vegan option though.
The food looks nothing like the pictures. The burgers don’t have any vegetables, the turkey in the salad tastes off, and the selection of fountain diet drinks is very limited. The screens only work sometimes, so you have to listen for your order number. On top of that, the staff were rude. As I see it’s pretty common review for last few months and nothing is changing

Easily the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. And it’s $9 a slice!

No vegan options from what I can see. No Beyond Burger as mentioned in the description.
Avoid at all costs. Wait times for food after orders can exceed an hour. Totally disorganized kitchen. Horrible atmosphere. Crowds of angry people. The concessionaire should be ashamed. Bring in McDonalds or somebody who can handle the volume.

Difficult ordering at multiple kiosks experience. Very crowded and difficult to find a table to sit! They mess up your order and you cannot get an employee's at ten to correct the situation! VERY DRY pulled pork sandwich! VERY NOISY as well. So crowded it is uncomfortable!!!

The only quality of this restaurant is that there are no tips. Burgers are empty and very expensive, you have to top your burger yourself. In the end, for over $20, we don't eat as well Mcdo.
I wouldn’t bother. Awful service, very slow even on a quiet day and as per usual it is massively over priced.

Had lunch at Orbit Cafe during our visit to Kennedy Space Center. I opted for the black bean burger and a slice of cheese pizza. The burger was literally just a patty in a bun—no toppings, sauce, or effort—which made it feel quite underwhelming and bland. The cheese pizza was slightly better, just okay at best, but nothing memorable. For a place inside such an exciting and inspiring venue, the food felt like an afterthought. Would recommend eating elsewhere if you’re looking for anything beyond basic cafeteria-style fare.

Neither the regular bread nor the gf bread is vegan. They didn’t have a beyond burger either, only the the bean patty.
too pricey, good quality food, but so not worth it. just bring your own stuff in a cooler, which is allowed. fries are a whopping $4, a normal sized soda is $4 while bottled water is $5. crazy.

Long line to order from kiosks. Skip the line by ordering off the website, if you can navigate the horrendous GUI which seems designed to prevent you from completing an order.
You will be notified your meal is ready 10-20 minutes before it is available to pick up at one of the 6 windows, and the window the system says it will be at may not be correct.
Food is average cafeteria food, you are better off bringing your own lunch if you can manage it.
