The atmosphere is pleasant, the people who serve the majority are very kind, but there is a very obnoxious elderly person who is very unpleasant and serves very poorly, she leaves a negative balance on the service.

Papa John’s by Cape Canaveral Merritt Island is horrible. I ordered a simple order three items. They forgot my soda the guy Daniel acts like a robot. He just a one word person no kind of professionalism just plan. This is horrible. Service is sad that Papa John has the store up and running and then I spoke with the manager he was no help. He was argumentative Told him I got one order he says I ordered two orders. Why would I order two orders when ordering. They made it into two because they forgot an item on my order dodo. I will spread the news. I’m at this big behind resort and I will let everybody know. Do not go to Papa John’s on Merritt Island.

Ordered online. The store deleted the online order with the promo, re rang it.... handed us a receipt for full price without telling us a thing. After being questioned, they told us to call online customer care. Customer care told us to resolve with the store. Papa John's solution was to order again and pray the store will delete. If the promo didn't apply the first go, why would it the second.... Forget it. I could forsee us billed for 2 orders we don't want. Don't waste your time here. A ruined meal and evening. If Owners don't like coupons remove your store from the list and stop playing games with customers. I won't be back. Hope the $7 overcharge was worth it John and Shaq. The 20% coupon changed what we chose to order...and now? We won't order ever again. We make less than the workers here. Way to rip off the poorest people. A cheap vacation after years of none....ruined by Papa.

Every time we order they forget half the order! Paid for the cheese say he the last 3 delivery orders and never bring it! Sad

They screwed up my order and told me I could either get it corrected then or get a free pizza next time. I chose to get a pizza later on. Called to redeem and they didn't find it on my account. I feel the manager lied in purpose so he didn't have to send out a driver to my home again when they were busy.

Wouldn't even put garlic butter on a small pizza an cook it I'm a paying customer!!! Said it's only available on large. What kinda garbage is that!! Never again will I go to papa John's or atleast this one!!

They were short staffed and only 2 people inside working the one gal was very nice and the other had quite the attitude. But the food was made correct and was good as expected.

Never again. 3rd party ordering and 3rd party delivery. Almost $40.00 for 2 pizzas plus a $6.00 tip. And when you try to find out what's going on with your order you find out it's done and picked up in 15 minutes but takes 40mins to get to you. They have no driver it all goes through door dash. Was very disappointed. The food was good for pizza. But everything else was just not worth it.
