The worst ran fast food restaurant I’ve been to in 34 years. They said they didn’t have any change and It will take you 30+ minutes to get your food. One family was waiting when we got there and they were waiting when we left. The guy behind us asked for a refund. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This place still makes what we think is the best chicken sandwich, but what's with the sandwich being smaller? That may explain why 2 weeks running, we were the lone drive-thru customer. Used to be you had 3-4 cars in front of you. Bring back the larger sandwich please!

Never got to the food, person working the drive thru was the rudest I’ve ever encountered - rushed me to pull up to the windows after I ordered a number 6 then starts getting mad. Told her forget the order and she just slammed the window.

This was my first time ever visiting a Popeyes and I’m not sure if I’ll ever bother trying to successfully try the food again.

Edit: Just wanted to add there must be a lot of fake reviews here. Anyone who has visited the location can realistically see they don’t care about their store.
They’ve also responded to other comments but haven’t addressed the negative ones so they’re probably padding their own reviews.

Do not I repeat do not order the whole turkey from this Popeyes! They had me come back 2 separate times to pick up my Thanksgiving turkey, then told me today they could not provide me the turkey, mind you, that has been ordered since November 3rd. They could not offer me a refund and said I needed to take it up with the support help from their app. I have put in a ticket, and now they say I need to speak with the service rep that should contact me in 24 to 48 hours. The store manager, Laura, had to call the district manager, who said there was nothing they could do. 3 days before Thanksgiving, really. If you have supply chain issues, they could have told me before it so late that I'm scrambling to find a turkey for my family. THANKS, Popeys.

Just don’t come here if you’re a delivery driver for DoorDash or something, they’ll take 20-40 minutes to bring it out every time

Warm greeting. Gave me extra tine to decide on specific order. Decided on order but she did not come back. The chef took my order from his work station in the back. Order received in a reasonable time. The chef/ cook presented my order but could not cash me out. Terminal locked out and no one came to his aid to unlock it. Eventually he was able to get the drive thru attendant to cash me out. I waited for a receipt but was told there was no receipt. The size of the pieces of chicken was much smaller than I was accustomed to. They even counted tiny wings as ones piece of chicken. I ordered dark meat legs and thighs. During my wait I noticed several customers return to correct faulty orders(sides omitted, biscuits missing etc..) happened inside and at the drive through. Having said this, the organization and assignment of tasks here did not seem to be be specific. Crowded work space, communication confusing. That is enough for now. Addressing and correcting these issues would make this a much nicer place. I am not making a recommendation now. You can decide for yourself, as there were other customers who seemed satisfied with the service as long as they got their discrepancies corrected.

Wheelchair accessibility: Need to navigate traffic to get to wheel hair Ramp. Parking lot is small and shared with drive thru traffic that sometime stop behind cars trying to depart.

I used to be employed at this location and I do have to say, managers Robert, Laura make u feel like ur a burden they don't want to train any employee properly, they r rude and very disrespectful and very unprofessional along with the area coach Jose. Stay far away from this location, very disgusting and coolers stink like bacteria is growing in them along with the freezer. There is mold presents throughout the establishment

Was out of most sides expected I thought the manager was going to compromise since I didn't give he'll on everything I asked for being out. . Nice staff though coleslaw tasted funny

This is a horrible, unorganized location with the worst, rudest employees which lack basic customer service and worst when it comes to their delivery drivers. Orders are never ready, they do not announce when an order is ready. When you ask, they are rude. The manager is disgusting on how she talks to her customers. Sat there for 30 minutes watching this nonsense. This place needs workers with real work ethic and can produce an order under 20 minutes.
