Food is ok….
The only issue is they have “new management” put up on their restaurant sign by the road, But honestly, I’d be embarrassed if I was the manager.
If you go to the drive-through, you’re gonna be there for at least 25 minutes before you get your food. You’re gonna be waiting at least 15 just to order (The order box is broken apparently so you have to pull up to the window). Tenders are usually cold and hard, and they’re ALWAYS out of something. “New management” yet this Popeyes is worse than it was five months ago.
If you’re waiting at the window to order and they see you, they will Make eye contact with you, but ignore you for a minimum of 10 minutes before they come to the window.
Basically, you might as well just go inside, but be prepared to sit down for a while, and wait 30 minutes for mediocre food. And CHECK your bag before you pull off because they will either replace something without telling you or forget something completely.

staff were friendly and the ordering process went quickly but it took forever to finally get our food.

Aweful visit other times were pleasant not anymore under new management this place sucks I waited forever for chicken with no flavor my dog would be upset if he could eat it.

Missing parts of my order! Rude service! Out of everything! Food made sick! I think food poisoning!

I'm not sure if there's ground meat in the red beans, but it looks like a chunk of someone's chewed up food was at the bottom of my red beans and rice. We ordered in the drive thru and as I tried to order I was told to slow down because he was boxing it as I was ordering, however when we got to the window he wanted me to pull to the side. I came inside instead. When I got my order, the fries and chicken were cold. I'm not sure what we were waiting on because it wasn't fresh food. I will say the front counter cashier, Daeshawn, and the young lady with locs were very helpful, but the overall experience was just like my previous visits. Very disappointing.

The food was great! But I did have to wait 45+ minutes for my food which was one chicken sandwich and a box of tenders which they didn't get right the first time. It took them over five minutes to just take the two item order and the food was cold when we got it. This happened to all other four people I could see in the Popeyes

You wanna know why this place is so low rated? I have two cars in front of me in the drive-through. I figure I’ll just go ahead and put an online order in right that saves them a little bit of a job I get to the window, the lady tells me that it’ll be a minute because she’s the only one bagging orders. I told her that’ll be fine. I get to the window they pull me up. I watch NINE more cars come through the drive-through and get their food, including a to go order, get their food and go. I ordered a box that was shrimp/chicken, a mashed potato side, a Coke, a biscuit and a blueberry cheesecake dessert. Everything was right with my order. The food was good. The employee was nice, but I definitely hated this situation.

Place was very clean, everyone was nice, they asked me if I wanted extra sauces, without even charging for them, gave me more than I needed. Excellent location to get your food from.

I've been here 3 times since I moved to Merritt Island, hoping the prior experiences were a fluke. They consistently get my order incorrect even after asking multiple times at the drive-thru. (mild vs spicy, dark meat vs white meat). Two out of three times, the chicken was overcooked, just short of being burnt. Do better guys. I'll head to KFC instead.

DISGUSTING! For the luv of G-d CLEAN ! This is not from 1 day of dirt as we came shortly after opening !! Thank goodness the chicken was fresh but if it's this dirty in the main dining room what does the rest of the store look like

I normally give a place more than one chance before I post so low, and in this case I have given 3+. It’s ALWAYS something here. Most recently, I ordered food, was asked to pull forward, it would be a “couple minutes”. Mind you, at the time, there was NO ONE behind me in the drive thru, I waited a few mins, nothing, saw cars pull in, watched 6 cars get served right away, no “pull over and wait”. Even then I waited, finally after watching other cars come and go, 24 mins has gone by (I was on the phone so I know), I pull around to the door, walk in, and I ask “does it normally take 20+ mins for an order to get walked outside”? And the lady looked confused as ever, pulls a bag off a rack on the counter, and says “oh it’s right here”. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?. I couldn’t believe it. It sat there so long it was cold to the touch. Then the manager came out and I was frustrated, but kept my composure, and the order was completely wrong anyway, so she goes and starts dressing down the employees about my wait (understandably, but why do that in front of customers, that’s a little extreme) and she was making all the excuses to me in the book, “I just took over this store, etc” even had the nerve to tell me “be patient”. I could not believe it. This is where I drew the line. “Be patient?” Almost 30+ mins has gone by and that’s your customer service? I will NEVER set foot in there again, and I will never give them a dime of my money. Popeyes, do better, you have the wrong woman running this place.
