Although we came in half an hour before close, Nam was such a sweetheart and made the experience 10 times better! She was super attentive and didn’t rush us at all. She went above and beyond, even past close. She was so nice, we will be asking for her again next time!

So my husband and I went here today for 7 year anniversary. They put us in the front dinning room with no one else here. The server was the bartender and was never really seen in there. Had to wait to get refills on our drinks. Didn't bring all the food out together. Steak was medium rare and dry. We ordered medium well. I don't think we will be back.

Seating was prompt, carpets clean and our server Nam was there quickly. Food was a hearty portion, tasty and hot. Nam made sure we were looked after with biscuits and drinks refilled without even asking. A very pleasant dining experience. We'll be back.

Logan was our server and He was above excellent!
Loan brought our drinks right away and the stuffed mushrooms were delivered piping hot and were delicious as always 😊
The entree and sides were great! Hats off to the cooks 🤗
If you go to Red Lobster on Merritt Island. Ask for Logan to have a complete satisfactory experience . From the top we walked in being greeted by a smiling hostess until we left was fantastic.

I had the 25$ crab leg special and it was good! Biscuits are the best as always, Nam is an amazing server, she was personal and did great. She was on top of refills and very nice by helping with left overs and the bib. I wish there was more servers like her there. I had her once a year or 2 ago and she was awesome then too. The last 2 times I went the servers were ok so I was excited to have her again this time!

Ate here tonight and it was great. Nam was my server and she was on top of everything, she’s excellent at what she does. She has A welcoming demeanor and an upbeat attitude. I hope to have her as a server every time I come.

Surprisingly good. I had the salmon bowl. Nicely roasted brussel sprouts and the salmon was cooked well. It was tender, not overcooked.

Aliyah our server was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and most of all very friendly with EACH customer.
Mgr. Trisha was very helpful with her staff and also each customer. I’m a retired AT&T Director so when it’s customer service.

The staff at the Merritt Island location is AMAZING!!! We loved our server Lynda! The atmosphere was relaxing and food was delicious! They seem to have it together! The manager was very knowledgeable! The bartender makes the BEST drinks! 😋

I ordered a meal here tonite. My fish and hush puppies were literally rock hard and burnt, and seemed the fries had been sitting there all day. I cant believe they let a meal like that get out of their kitchen. I wish I could attach the picture I took. Shame on you, Red Lobster🤮
