It's good but I just wish they gave more seaweed salad. And also more beef wouldn't hurt.

Since the Space Center is a full day experience, it’s great that there is a healthy and filling vegan option. I got the BBQ Jackfruit, Black Beans and Edamame for protein on my custom bowl. The jalapeños were very hot! Staff were not aware of which sauces were vegan. I got sriracha and pico de gallo.
Sprites is good! Not too loud.

I got a bowl with Jasmine rice, corn, avocado, and tuna, with sriracha ranch on top.
Tuna was middle of the road, what you would expect from bowl shop at a visitor’s center. It wasn’t particularly fresh, but it wasn’t extremely bad either. The corn on the other hand was almost inedible, very chewy, ruining the texture of the entire bowl. The avocado was surprisingly decent. The rice was okay as well. I would not recommend the corn or tuna when making your bowl, choose from one of the alternative protein selection.

They have a lot of healthy choices for lunch. The food was fresh. The employees were efficient to make the bowls. The mango smoothie was good. I definitely recommend this place over some of the other food choices in Kennedy Space Center.
We went there for lunch. The mango smoothie was good and so was the k bbq chicken. We were in a bit of a rush so we went here and we got in and out within 25 minutes. The food was good the employees were efficient. I would highly recommend this place.
They made my bowl quickly and it tasted delicious.
It's a rice bowl so you know what you are getting. Looks like to be the best vegan option with the other restaurant here just doing a plain burger. When I was there the edemame beans had some cheese dropped into the container which was pretty disappointing.
They close early

Strange but true, fast food sold at an attraction that was tasty, good quality and not sold at a ridiculous price.
There were six of us with half of us getting vegan meals. They had Nice bowls with jackfruit, edamame, brown rice, vegan chicken and more. There were also acai bowls.
We were excited that they have “healthy” vegan options at a theme park but when we looked in the food guide that they leave on the counter we were surprised to see that almost everything contained seed oils, vegetable oil or canola oil. They also charge you for each additional topping so plan to pay more if you are vegan and want more veggies.
Was looking for a healthier option to eat during my visit to the KSC and found this one. You can make your own poke bowl and they even have vegetarian options. The poke was good although quantity could be bigger. The service was quick and efficient too. But it's a rather small restaurant and fortunately it wasn’t crowded but can be an issue during weekend or holidays. But I would say it's the best place to eat at Kennedy.

Maybe I chose wrong... but the food was very ugly, we ordered rice, noodles, chicken, barbecue, corn, avocado and cheese... The only thing that tasted good was the cheese.
