They gave me a medium and charged me for a large. Then they tried to tell me it was my fault. Nobody should ever order from here, it's a waste of money.

my iced grande lavender 2% milk, vanilla cold foam latte was really good and the wait after i ordered was abut 3 minutes. The 16 minute wait in the line but I’d reckon it was mildly long

Really nice folk! Admittedly there was a long queue as it's most popular food place in the centre - staff were friendly and moved quickly.

Happy to know there was some level of craft coffee at Kennedy Space. The service was great and we used the app to order our drinks. I definitely recommend & much appreciated!

Were out of half the things we tried to order, messed up orders in front of us repeatedly, and after waiting 50 mins, had to inquire to find out they ran out of our items and never bothered to tell us. Terrible service and completely incompetent - spend your time and money elsewhere.

We ordered a sandwich (Mozz & sundried tomato) and it was honestly the absolute worst sandwich that we have ever had at Starbucks & we really like their food options. Barely any mozzarella & one tiny sliver of a sundried tomato. We had grabbed the sandwich to go bc we were trying a catch a show otherwise we would have returned it.

Came here on my partner's birthday and they honored the free item they get for it. Very kind staff, very accommodating and quick, and the food and drink was the same quality you can expect at most any Starbucks.

I arrived at 5:01 pm and they just closed. After seeing how tired I was I think the staff felt sorry for me and gave me coffee in spite that they were closed. Thank you so much for giving me coffee with a smile, you made my day☕️

The staff don’t know how to work efficiently they made me wait an hour for a COOKIE with no air conditioning or seats available WOULD NEVER RETURN DO NOT

Despite the long line, the staffs were fast and efficient. The employee at the pickup window, in particular, did an amazing job meeting each customer's needs and still kept a smile on her face the entire time. She deserves full respect for her outstanding service! ?
