Starbucks

Came here on my partner's birthday and they honored the free item they get for it. Very kind staff, very accommodating and quick, and the food and drink was the same quality you can expect at most any Starbucks.

I arrived at 5:01 pm and they just closed. After seeing how tired I was I think the staff felt sorry for me and gave me coffee in spite that they were closed. Thank you so much for giving me coffee with a smile, you made my day☕️

The staff don’t know how to work efficiently they made me wait an hour for a COOKIE with no air conditioning or seats available WOULD NEVER RETURN DO NOT

Despite the long line, the staffs were fast and efficient. The employee at the pickup window, in particular, did an amazing job meeting each customer's needs and still kept a smile on her face the entire time. She deserves full respect for her outstanding service! ?

I usually always give people the benefit of the doubt but…. I can’t believe the customer service standard here. I would never forget the face the cashier made when my 13 year old daughter made her order…. The lady made the “ disgusting face” because she doesn’t like what my daughter likes. Then, the male who handed our drinks have long dirty nails….?

USE SEPARATE EQUIPMENT FOR DAIRY-FREE ORDERS.
I can't believe it has to be said. It's such a basic part of food hygiene but these incompetent @^$&$*#*s would rather ruin your trip than make basic accommodations and double checks for a very very common allergy.

Took nearly 40 minutes in a fairly short queue to get 3 drinks. I counted 7 staff behind the glass but only 1 taking orders (who also got orders ready) and 1 serving at the hatch. God knows what the others were doing. They all seemed more interested in chatting to each other than doing their jobs. Worst service ever from a Starbucks.

While the Starbucks was extremely business with a pre lunch crowd, the staff was friendly and efficient. Special shout out to Kayla who had great customer service skills!

I had to wait 55 minutes for a coffee. Not worth the time. Horrible service. The workers are miserable and hate their job.

2/17/2024 Sold me an everything bagel with butter told me afterwards that they had no cream cheese said I had to call corporate for a refund and did not pass my receipt but I paid with my debit card. I would like a refund back on my card Bernadette Suitt upset please refund me.

Took over 40 minutes to get simple coffees!? Trying to order and staff talking to each other instead of listening to the order being given.Not the standard I expect of Starbucks

Wheelchair accessibility: Had to queue whilst on a mobility scooter and despite it having a good turning circle I had to back up to turn the corners....more space needs creating for those of us with mobility issues.
