my iced grande lavender 2% milk, vanilla cold foam latte was really good and the wait after i ordered was abut 3 minutes. The 16 minute wait in the line but I’d reckon it was mildly long

Were out of half the things we tried to order, messed up orders in front of us repeatedly, and after waiting 50 mins, had to inquire to find out they ran out of our items and never bothered to tell us. Terrible service and completely incompetent - spend your time and money elsewhere.

We ordered a sandwich (Mozz & sundried tomato) and it was honestly the absolute worst sandwich that we have ever had at Starbucks & we really like their food options. Barely any mozzarella & one tiny sliver of a sundried tomato. We had grabbed the sandwich to go bc we were trying a catch a show otherwise we would have returned it.

Came here on my partner's birthday and they honored the free item they get for it. Very kind staff, very accommodating and quick, and the food and drink was the same quality you can expect at most any Starbucks.

Despite the long line, the staffs were fast and efficient. The employee at the pickup window, in particular, did an amazing job meeting each customer's needs and still kept a smile on her face the entire time. She deserves full respect for her outstanding service! ?

I usually always give people the benefit of the doubt but…. I can’t believe the customer service standard here. I would never forget the face the cashier made when my 13 year old daughter made her order…. The lady made the ā€œ disgusting faceā€ because she doesn’t like what my daughter likes. Then, the male who handed our drinks have long dirty nails….?

USE SEPARATE EQUIPMENT FOR DAIRY-FREE ORDERS.
I can't believe it has to be said. It's such a basic part of food hygiene but these incompetent @^$&$*#*s would rather ruin your trip than make basic accommodations and double checks for a very very common allergy.

Took nearly 40 minutes in a fairly short queue to get 3 drinks. I counted 7 staff behind the glass but only 1 taking orders (who also got orders ready) and 1 serving at the hatch. God knows what the others were doing. They all seemed more interested in chatting to each other than doing their jobs. Worst service ever from a Starbucks.
