Today i went ro buy a 1/2 sandwich around 4pm its 9:12 and iam feling sick the bread was disgusting folks drive to publix and you get the best subs in florida healthy and wont feel

I went in and tried to order a sandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread with salami and pepperoni, no cheese, and no jalapeño peppers, the worker first put my sandwich on Italian bread and then the worker put double meat on my sandwich without asking, and charged me for a hotshot italiano (after she’d initially asked me if I wanted a hotshot italiano and my refusing), and while she was making my sandwich she tried to put ham on it which I didn’t ask for, and I had to say “NO HAM” twice before she stopped putting it on the sandwich. I’ve never had anyone put extra or different meat on my sandwich without asking at any subway in my life, I won’t be returning to this one.

I would start by saying the two staff members working had positive attitudes! However standing in line 28 minutes behind four people is unacceptable and another 10min to get two 6in plain subs. First of all the first person in line was placing an order for eight subs, and when she was done the filled numerous online orders. When it was finally my turn and we had been asked what we wanted we stood and watched her make three more online subs before even starting ours.My biggest complaint is there was a line of 6 to 10 people that waited most of our lunch break to get a sub due to online orders and large in line orders. If you are gonna allow that to take place maybe you need to hire another person dedicated to fill those orders and focus a little more on your in person customer base, or just close the lobby and only do online orders.Oh and lets not mention how they would drop everything to help the customers that come in to pick those orders up in the middle of helping others. It was all really to much, this will stop my team from going to this location again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Came in with a friend and her one year old. Stayed standing there waiting for help for over 20 minutes. There was a manger sitting on a computer and a worker making two subs for an online order. You would think you wouldn't let your customers stand there with a baby, and you would make their subs before an online order. Didn't even say anything along the lines of "one second I'm making an online order and then I will get to you" as we were standing there the employee said to the manager "what were the names of the two people you said not to make subs for?" And it felt directed at us. Never been to this location and will never be back. Horrible service no wonder it was empty.

The restaurant is nasty and I think I saw a cockroach where they cut the meat. The works there are very rude some of them are somewhat polite but the majority of the workers are not pleasant. They do not tell you if there is a up charge on the food that you order and there system does not work all the time. Come to the subway over the barge canal.
