Zack and Chris both go above and beyond to and you can tell they truly care about their work. They are fast, efficient, and always professional, even when it’s busy. The sandwiches were perfectly made, and their positive attitudes always make the experience even better for my teenage son and I. We have been coming to this subway for about a year off an on and they have been consistent. It’s not often you find employees who consistently deliver such high-quality service, but Zack and Chris do. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and an awesome sandwich!

My husband and I ordered 3 sandwitches, while making them, the woman was so very mean. Every item we asked for, received a rude comment, we both ignored her comments, knowing that this may not be her best day. I noticed that the lettuce was brown and slimy, so I said "oh the lettuce is a bit wilty" not rudely, usually a staff will replace the item with fresh when a customer is nice. She said in a very mean way "that's how they send it to us! I said ok, I'll skip it this time. She was so very mean to my husband (who has a bit of an accient) with everything he ordered for his sandwitch. Finally we just walked out. Leaving her with three partially made sandwitches. Her shirt said boss, but she will be running this place in the ground with that attitude. We will not be returning, EVER! There is another Subway up the street, and they are nice and have fresh lettuce. lol

Sadly, they have become a location that puts togo orders ahead of customers in the store. Was told I had to wait for togo orders to be made and that they “might” be able to make mine after finishing. Stood there for a long while and never another word spoken to me. I left. This is how you lose customers.

I asked him if they could please wipe a knife clean to cut my plain sandwich so I didnt wind up using my sandwich to clean the previous sandwiches build up that was clearly visible on the knife.
Employee grabbed a brown hand towel above the sink, he loudly proclaimed " GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT NEXT TIME".

They are fast and fresh! The place is always clean (even the restrooms), and smells like bread. They are not your typical gas station Subway. I'm not sold on the new foot long choices. The churro has to be eaten immediately or it becomes an odd texture. The pretzel is straight and therefore loses some of the softness. The cookie is alright, but I think we prefer the regular cookies. Maybe extra fresh options instead like carrot and celery would work better. This is a friendly Subway (most of the time). Some of the younger ladies that work there complain about customers after they leave.

Went to this subway a week ago and had a guy who made it so difficult to order our subs. We just wanted to order and leave, quick and easy. But he kept joking around and when we asked for pickles he’d give us one or two and then force us to ask for more. Was very sarcastic about everything and it took maybe 20 minutes for us to order 2 subs…
