This store has the most incompetent employees imaginable. Expect at least a 45 minute wait.

I don't like that you can't order at the counter but you have to use the kiosk. For those who aren't sure what they want it's confusing and takes too much time. The food wasn't hot enough. Staff not friendly at all.

They have an employee who is very rude to the drivers who do DoorDash at night today I had the opportunity to witness a case in which she discriminates against them just because they don't speak English 👎😣 please taco Bell take action.
I placed an order online and wanted to place another at the drive through and I was told no and to come back around. I have previously made 3 orders at the same time. Why would I have to come around for another order when the first one just needs to be handed off to me. The drive through worker caught an attitude with me, and told me I can come back around or not get anything at all (without me catching an attitude first).. Also asked if I could come inside to get my order. was told the lobby was closed (it closes at 3.. its 1.) overall horrible service and horrible people.

I ordered $62.00 of DoorDash (through the Taco Bell app), had requested sauces to accompany our order. When I received my order, it was cold and there were no sauces in the bag.
I called the restaurant as soon as I opened my order, and they told me it was a Door Dash problem, and not the restaurant’s. I explained to the store associate that the Door Dash driver didn’t pack the order and I was unwilling to give Door Dash (specifically the driver) a bad review because the restaurant didn’t pack the order correctly. The reiterated that the issue was Door Dash’s fault.
Beware - do not order from this location if you:
1. Expect your order to be correct; and
2. Expect your order to be decent.
This is the most unaccountable and unacceptable/unprofessional location I have ever ordered from.

Food was awful. Fries were cold and felt like they sat for a while. Cheese barely melted in quesadilla. Doritos taco was soggy and falling apart.

Be careful when you order the food on the app. They make it as soon as you order it. So if it takes you a couple minutes to get there. Then your stuff is cold and I ordered a meal for 2 that came with chips and cheese but they didn't give me any chips. Awesome after a 10 hour shift. Thanks, guys.

The drive through is pretty fast, and you don't really interact much with the employees on the drive through so that's all I really have to say in that regard.
As for ordering inside or dining in, the employees are respectful and don't really try to force small talk, just in and out without being rude, which I respect. Food is about as good as Taco Bell food usually is, and it came out pretty quickly. However it is pretty untidy whenever I go in the location (crumbs all over the floor, straw wrappers, sauce packets, stuff of that nature) so in the cleanliness department it could use some work.

Please verify the orders, there's usually something missing. Complicated situation to have when in drive-thru. Frustrating. You can be better just by applying simple steps.
