My husband & I walked in & for almost 5 minutes, no one was behind the counter or in the kitchen. We finally decided to order the craving box in the app. We've had it before at other Taco Bell locations & have loved it. But this one was very poor quality, especially the chicken chalupa that I ordered. I couldn't find the chicken at first, but finally saw there were a few small pieces. But worse, was the cold chalupa that was so stale, that it seemed like it had been left in the fridge uncovered for a week. There are other locations that I really like, but I'm not wasting my time & money coming back here to this one on North Courtney in Merritt Island, ever again.

Showed up shortly after 8:00 and the lobby was closed. We waited about 10 more minutes and checked again in the lobby was still closed because the doors were locked. I looked up the time that the store opens and it said 8:00, I worked in food service before and I wasn't trying to be rude but I called and asked when the lobby opened and they said 8:00. As someone who has worked in food service prior to, and has always had the doors open when they're supposed to be opened. I did not appreciate the attitude and being hung up on when asking when the lobby opened after I called them because the doors were still locked to get into the store. My girlfriend then had to resort and going to the drive-thru to get us something to eat against my wishes because I didn't want to eat here anymore since they were being rude. In general, I love Taco Bell though. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

Someone at this location is putting something in the food while preping it. This is the second time Ive become violently ill after eating here. The first time was a Mexican pizza. This time it was the cheese in the Nacho Bell Grande from the drive through . Mid way through eating it I took a big bite of the cheese and It literally burned my throat and had a strong chemical taste. It was only that 1 bite. Well...for the past 2 days now Ive had nausea..extreme diarreah and dizziness and terrible stomache pain. Something was in the bite of cheese. I am still throwing up and have to run to the bathroom every 10 minutes. I was seriously considering calling the police to do an investigation. Watch the people in there. They are putting stuff in the food. Unless u dont mind being violently ill for days..go elsewhere

This location has awesome employees! The cook makes the food like it looks on commercials, not skimpy like other locations. It's always hot and fresh tasting. Also, the girl working the lunch shift every weekday is soooo friendly and fast! I've been meaning to compliment this Taco Bell, for awhile bc with inflation & the high prices, it's nice to feel like the value is there!

Went through drive through. The staff was fast, efficient, and friendly. Got the order right the past 4 time we have been here.
Won’t provide counter service for ordering due to stated short staff. Clearly poorly managed. Next they might ask us to go behind the counter ourselves and cook it ourselves too. Dirty, unclean appearance. Side doors locked.If you like being corralled like cattle?…. Go here! Absolutely garbage service.
