Tijuana Flats

It's really hard to impress me with restaurants. I've been at restaurant bar business for a lot of years. But the management and staff at this particular location were on it. They were very kind and attentive. I had three different people come to my table and ask if I needed anything they did. Normally, Tijuana Flats wouldn't be the first place I go.There's places that I have a better mexican food and the portions are little bit bigger. But I was getting my truck worked on at triangle auto, which is close by. So I just stopped in to kill some time and get something to eat. I know this is a chain, but at least it hasn't gone Big corporate with the theme and gotten all whitewashed and watered down like Moe's mexican grill did. People and quality of food make a restaurant.They definitely have the people here.

I gotta say the chimichangas shrinked since last time I went there, but besides that the food is still very good, and the hot sauce bar is my favorite, great service as well.

TF's food is quality and quick. This is my favorite location due to the staff. They're always upbeat and on top of it. The place is well kept and clean.

Who would have thought an East Coast mexican restaurant would be so delicious. Really, there are 13 hot sauces to try? Oh my gosh, I'm in heaven. Meats were fall apart delish.

This used to be my favorite pickup Tex-Mexican food about a year ago. I stopped eating me about 15 minutes ago because I had to drink my double stacked tacos were dry as can be no cheese at all. I've been craving Tijuana Flats for 6 months now. I decided to try it one more time and this will be the last. My fiance got a double stack tacos and again dry as can be. I got a bowl I specifically told them do not put jalapenos on my food because I'm allergic. They asked me to drive back which is a 20-minute Drive to replace my food. Not to mention the rice in my bowl wasn't even cooked halfway. I don't know what has changed in the last 6 months to a year. But I will never go back again I'd rather cook at home.

5 of the last 6 times I ate here have been slightly disappointing (specifically the food). At this point, I feel obligated to voice my opinion and hope that steps are made to correct this. I'm not sure if this place is still franchised or if it was one of the locations corporate bought back, but there used to be food quality control sheets that needed to be checked throughout the day to ensure the customers are receiving a quality product. Please turn down the heat in your queso warmers or double boilers and keep your beans hydrated. The queso is always burnt at this location, and the beans are paste. I know I'm not the only one who notices this. I go to the viera location and orlando locations where this seems not to be a problem. The queso dip is getting too hot and separating, which is turning it brown and lumpy by the time it reaches the customer. When I visited, there was only one young lady in front who was doing a great job. She was professional, efficient, and courteous. Management and back of house need to tighten up. These areas of opportunity fall on you.

I ordered 4 burritos which were 1 dos Taco and a lill lizard kids soft taco and drinks with all of them which you would think that came with it cuz it's a meal as it's already $12.99 but No it was $91.00.. I could go to Golden corral and feed my whole entire family of 6 with steak mashed potatoes and all you can eat with several different meals and dessert for the same price actually I save $10 it's only $87 for us family of six. And we love your place we get your food every single day pretty much we went there today I'm not paying that price you will no longer see us you lost two good customers that give reviews every day and I spend $70 60 $40 every time I'm here. But this is the first time I've ordered my family of six all their meals and it was $91 it's usually $60-$78 tops which is still kind of high for just a taco and nothing else but chips.. as I order to go every time but with them messing up my order and then them skimping the food and barely put in like six pieces of little steak in a whole giant piece of taco it's not worth me paying this much money. Don't go here it's not worth the money they raised there prices for the exact same food. Also they have this as a burrito for my kids and the rice was so hard you couldn't even bite into it it was like a piece of glass but we didn't see anything because we like eating here but then after we seen the prices today we're not doing this no more it's not worth it .u got to be out your mind for six burritos for $91.

Ms. Tracy the manager has zero customer service resolution skills. I used to get lunch here twice a week but now won’t be ordering ever again. I will order from the Viera store where the manager and employees are helpful, friendly, and customer service oriented!!

They have the hardest time putting what you order in your pickup. There was 3 people in the restaurant and they still can't complete an order when its dead. Sad!!!
