On our vacation we not only started it with Brunch at Victoria's, then breakfast at Victoria's and once again on our way back home. Great location, incredible food, great service. One thing that gets overlooked at allot of restaurants is "Turn around time on food"! Usually fast lacks flavor. Slow your too aggravated to care how it taste. The cook at Victoria's must be a magician!?!? From time we ordered to food on table is super quick. And flavor is there as well as freshness and portions! If your in Cocoa and are hungry.....Go here! You won't be disappointed or regret it! One more thing...Chocolate Chip Pancake is a MUST GET!!! Thank you everyone at Victoria's! We will be back next time we're down. New owners now. Placed order for cheese omelette. Was charged an extra dollar for American cheese which was never disclosed by server. Coffee tastes burnt. Biscuit was not good at all. Delivery driver came in and blocked a dozen cars from getting out of the parking lot. Las Vegas does not know what they are doing. You are better off at Perkins for great breakfast with quality and value for the same price.

It's good and it's busy. For my area it's a go to place. Had the gyro that came with fries that were very tasty. The gyro barely pasted. Cheese burger was good. I'll go back again. Staff were all nice.

The service was good but the food was bland. Something to consider though is they are in transition. They're under new management and in the process of revamping the menu. We'll try again in a few weeks and see what the new menu has to offer.

Great place for breakfast and it was filled with locals so you know it has to be good!We had the Supreme breakfast, veggie scramble And stuffed French toast. Everything was brought out hot, fast and with friendly service.Highly recommend for breakfast and will come back to try the lunch/dinner offerings.

I stopped for lunch. Had prompt courteous service. Food was great; a Greek Salad with grilled chicken kabobs.

Chicken kabob salad is fantastic. Service was incredibly m slow and the restaurant was not that busy. Wait staff was attentive, definitely seemed like a kitchen issue.

Very delicious swiss burgers we each have one and Fries food was excellent, service with Refill song tea with very slow, very small glasses of tea, ask another server to get us some tea and that we'd like to speak to the manager, turned out the manager was our server she said she was busy she did comp the cost of RT but I was half a meal and have not had my second glass of tea. I don't buy this her being a manager she should have handled it differently, I understand she's the boss's daughter, but we won't go back there. The beautiful building and bathrooms or spotless our service sucked!! We might go back and try it again but we will not let her be our server. Again the food was excellent and well prepared, but if your service sucks it ruins the whole meal.

Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, literally 'EVERY MEAL' I've eaten at this lovely restaurant has been outstanding! It is a true gem, as noted by the always-full parking lot. My compliments to the entire staff! :-)

Food was delicious and the wait staff was amazing! There were maybe 3 waitresses taking care of the whole place and we're hustling but made everyone pleased!

We've been loyal customers for years. Last time we went, It was terrible, service has become ridiculous. Today, we waited for almost 45 minutes for our food. The order was not correct, and the waitress knew we weren't happy, so she stayed away until it was time for the check. We will not be back. Food was not good, service has gotten worse.

This is a pretty simple diner style luncheonette. The menu is limited to breakfast, burgers, and sandwiches. Not many entrees here since they are not open for dinner, justba couple greek offerings. The staff is very friendly and the booth I sat at was clean. The temperature in this restaurant was very uncomfortable. After receiving my soup and sandwich I ate it pretty quickly to get out of this hot box. Someone has to remind the owner its June in Florida. The soup was pretty simple and basic nothing to write home about and the blt was well made and tasty enough. If you are looking for the bland and ordinary than this is your breakfast-lunch spot. At today's dining prices I expect way more.

Meh! Ok food w/ OK service. Veteran status gets you a free drink. Problem is most food is ala-carte. So when you order a sandwich - expect only that! A sandwich, No pickle, NO chips. $2 extra for small portion of fries. It just seems food portions are meager at the price point. Would prefer the local diners (Debbie's, Umpa's, Cozy) versus this place.

Was very surprised as no one in my "snow birds" had tried this. Went to Umpas --too busy. Went to Debbie's. - too busy. Glad they were as never ate here before. Hubby and me had awesome breakfast. He had eggs corn beef hash with sauce on top He loved it. I had stuffed brio bread with cream cheese and orange. Very good also. Will be back for sure as eggs were perfect poached
