So disappointing, I should have looked at the reviews here. Do not order food from here, service was very poor and rude manager. I doordashed 80$ work of food just to not receive half and get accused of false reporting because the manager onsite said “it’s hard to believe we missed that much food” ya no shoot, that is why I am complaining. Cashier was Troy, manager unknown but very nasty attitude.

They deserve zero stars. Food should not pass health inspection, worst quality I've ever experienced, inedible, terrible service as a bonus, orders always have mistakes, and run out of staple menu items like chili. No idea how they are still open.

Went today and ordered a 3 piece blackened chicken tender and Mac and cheese and it was delicious. For 450 calories you can't beat it. They're doing a great job up there and the customer service was wonderful. Wanted to give y'all your flowers. Thank you

Seem friendly at drive through thought it odd when I ask for NO MUSTARD on 3 kids meals and 3 combo meals teller would tell me what came on it stating they didn't come with mustard I said great long as NO mustard and NO pickles. Was very clear. Get order home what's on them? Yup Mustard! Why? It work i wont never visit this M.I. Wendy's again.

They were out of lettuce, but didn’t offer a discount. So if they were out of meat, would they still offer you a meatless Berger at regular price. The bun on the Berger was totally stale. Thus restaurant offers poor quality. I recommend you stay away.

Not only were my fries somehow cooked on the outside and ice cold in the middle but my order was completely wrong and only noticed when I was too far away to turn around. I don’t generally review fast food places but just terrible that my fries were cold in the middle and on top of that my order wasn’t even close to right. I want my 14 bucks back! Bad experience at this Wendy’s.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location first time I ordered a lemonade took 10 minutes to receive it. This second time I ordered 3 meals. I ordered apple slices with my kids meals they got fries instead ordered a kids regular hamburger it came with onion pickles and mustard that weren’t wanted or asked for so kid refused to eat it even when I took it off. We waited 20 minutes to get food and then had to remind them for the drinks and then wait for that after already waiting so long.

Ordered online and when I got to the restaurant, I still had to wait longer than usual. Once I got my order, it was all cold and extremely old. This location just can't seem to get it right.

This is the best place to get nuggets remember always get chili to dip the nuggets in that's how they were made to be enjoyed.

Most poorly ran restaurant in the area . Something fundamentally wrong with this place . Deliver from here regularly and not once has a single order ever been ready on time .

Showed up at drive thru at 110am ti be told ti give her a second then ordered and pulled around and was told cash only and they only have enough meat for one sandwich di you want chicken she said..waited 25 minutes at striped lines for nothing .

I would have turned around if I was headed to the cruise ship terminal! The English muffins were so HARD!! no way they just cooked those things. I was pulled forward so they must have been waiting on egg or sausage but that muffin was rock hard!!

What is this. I’ve been getting Carmel cold foam in WV and it’s been the best drink ever. Get one here in FL today and it is the worst and looked like this. No cold foam, no caramel and taste awful.
