I placed an order. They didn't have the items for that order, so I requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund and then called the cops on me because I said I wasn't gonna leave until I got one. It took the sheriff's office and corporate for me to go get my refund back.

I went to Wendy's today, and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they forget half my order, but the workers were super rude—acting like they couldn’t care less. The restaurant itself was disgusting, like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The food? It was awful. Cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out forever. To top it off, I caught one of the workers eating two of my nuggets while preparing my meal! How gross is that? I’m never coming back here again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

I was the only person in the drive through the wait to place my order was over 10 minutes. The food was not made to order my son ended up just eating the fries . One job just one job can’t get it done correctly. How hard is it to take an order and make it correctly .

This is not the place for breakfast. Ordered a sausage,egg,cheese muffin combo. They had not coffee and none to make at 9am on a weekday. When I had the chance to unwrap the sandwich and eat it I found out there was no sausage and the sandwich had never been toasted and it was a soggy mess. McDonalds has nothing to worry about with Wendy's breakfast offering.

Fries are never hot Which means theyare not fresh.

Staff is rude and don't know how to do their job. I will never return to this location

I just went to this Wendy’s and when I got home I realized they didn’t give me my fry and chicken nuggets. I ordered 3 biggie bags. My daughter’s fries were stale tasting and the sandwiches were disgusting. The Hispanic manager was just not very nice either. I have had multiple times of this happening. I will NOT be going back to that Wendy’s
