Pizza Hut

Never again will I come to this establishment when it management or auditor or anybody from higher up is in this store. I come here everyday on a daily basis to DoorDash and how disrespectful the auditor was to me

The pizza was subpar and overpriced. The atmosphere is less then stellar. Old Pizza Hut building in Cocoa Beach that truly needs to be renovated or simply shut down.

I ordered on line from website, easy enough.
DoorDash delivered my pizza, fine.
Unfortunately, it was cold. Not just too long in the car cold, literally room temperature, hard and old.
I did attempt to contact the store, but after many rings I gave up and my call was returned by someone in a call center, who could offer no assistance other than “let me connect you to the store”. Gee, why didn’t I think of that. 🙄
I don’t ordinarily write uncomplimentary reviews, I would prefer to address issues to management and allow them the opportunity to make things right. Sadly, I wasn’t able to do that and here we are.
Gross, old, cold pizza and nothing for dinner.
Shame on you Pizza Hut.

I walked in there and it was extremely hot, they need to fix their ac ASAP or else they'll lose a customer. We dont deserve to be punished like that while trying to enjoy a slice.

There was only one piece of pepperoni on each slice.If there was bacon on it I didn’t taste, Small amount of sausage and some cheese. Had to wait for second order of bread strips forgot to put in order. May not be back.

For the 2nd time we didn't get all of the food we ordered. Ordered 16 boneless wings and only got 12 which 3-4 of them were not even 1/2 inch long total. Ordered double bread sticks only got 1 order that wasn't cooked well and no marinara. Brisket pizza was good and the meat lovers didn't have much on it. The crust on both pizza's was chewy. Overall not a good experience.

Pizza was not good, bought extra cheese but didn't get it and for a large it was pretty small compared to any other pizza hut I got from any other location. Was very low quality pizza

The place was absolutely spotless, The Night Shift was extremely friendly, really cool and very helpful. My order was done fast and cooked to perfection. I give this place more stars if they let me.

Ordered 5 pizzas and wings and they said 20 minutes, on a Saturday evening, so I decided to see if it would be ready in 20. I arrived in the parking lot with 1 minute to go. Walked in the establishment was very clean, staff was professional and the food was ready, I was walking out the door with seconds left..

Usually the pizza is very good at this location but tonight it was trash! The hand tossed was nasty, tasted like dirty dish water. One of the thin crust pies was missing 2 of the 3 toppings and the other thin crust was cold and rubbery. 3 adults and pictures are what is left and will be thrown out. Waste of money. They have lost all of us as customers today.

I ordered from Door Dash and the wrong order showed up. The Dasher told the store the order was wrong, but they sent him out anyway. Door Dash didn't offer to reorder it so I just drove to the store to pick it up. By then, wings were ok, but pizza was dry. ☹️

The service at the Merritt Island Pizza Hut is always great. The food tastes great, the location is clean and well maintained and the staff is pleasant and friendly.

Dietary restrictions: The menu has various items which makes it easy to accommodate my family even with our allergies.

Parking: There is always plenty of parking at the front of the location.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps close to the location.
