⚠️Only trust the coffee⚠️ I keep forgetting NOT to come here? the service interaction is so ackward I be so confused and the food is never fresh but is mostly about the fact that THEY WILL sell you that last crusty, dead piece of bake good n those week old sandwich trays. Got one last time n everyone spit theirs out when we check the ham wasnt even the right color.Parking: Always full

Food is very good and fresh. I travel from Broward to go there sometimes. I have tried many things from there and everything is very good. The party platters and cake, the pork, the pastries. All very good! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

First: the quality of the bakery items — its average. It’s not the cleanest, not the prettiest, and the windows are littered with posters blocking the service inside. The ladies don’t always clean the milk wand on the coffee machine (watch them). Second: the service — disappointing. If you are a woman, prepare to wait behind the men EVEN if they arrive after you. This happens to me every time I frequent this bakery, without fail. This bakery exists without a ticket number system and favors the 10-25 men who regularly hover at the coffee counter and tip the eager female help, and then these same male customers suddenly add large amounts pastry items from the separate pastry counter (where you or I will be waiting) to feed their innumerable office workers. In other words, if you are buying a simple pan cubano and pastries for your mother, and you’re not a man ordering and from the coffee counter, avoid this bakery. If you are a woman, you silently wait for whenever the men decide it’s your turn. Are the pastries the best? No. They are barely adequate (barring the larvae-filled bistek sandwiches of the previous ownership). If you want to try this bakery, Caveat Emptor. The reviews between 2-4 years ago we’re likely friends or by “customers” who have never set foot inside, and once the new ownership took over after the maggot incident forced the sale.Avoid.

Rude staff I asked for cafe con leche as I normally do for years lately the lady working was rude, tired and barely put effort in making my coffee. Didn't put any sugar and 90%milk. The Dominican lady with black hair to be exact also the orange juice machine doesn't get clean there was a sign up saying could cause health issues? This place turned into a sh**hole.

Worst bakery in Miami. Horrible customer service. Stay away--insufficient attention to detail. Food is not fresh.

The young women that works there has a very nasty attitude. Tried to skip me and gave me nasty looks when I asked for a box for my cookies being that I was buying half a dozen. I would never go back. Not even sure if I want to try the cookies because the customer service was so terrible. Never experienced anything like it in my 30 years.
