They got my order wrong. Employees are not aware of online orders. Ordered a banana Royale ice cream with egg nog and world class chocolate and the order was given with only chocolate and no hot fudge. Not happy with this store. The employees don't pay attention to detail.

If that’s the kind of service you all offer I will no longer be back! I also recorded him on video as he continued to curse us out! & I’m pregnant! Just no respect at all! Hire better people! Today when I went to Baskin-Robbins it was 8:35 and closed when it’s supposed to close at 10:00. There were still workers inside and they told me that it was closed.
