The conch was terrible the breading wad different and the conch wasn't tender. I guess they switch their recipe. Years ago they had the best conch & potato.now its blah! The fruit punch was good

I mean the name captain crab carries weight so I drove 40 mins to this place but I will say it wasn't bad but not the captain crab I know .... Half of my crabs were soft like they had been cooked to long or old other food was ok

Yikes buyer beware! In I pass by this place every day and I’ve never visited decided today was a day. The drive-through is very confusing you make one left to go into the parking lot and you make the second left to go into the drive-through I made the wrong left I made the first left and had to make a U-turn to redirect to the second left this should be better posted. Pull up to the ordering menu and I’m greeted with one word “captains” from the persons voice I can tell it was a young person that did not want to be there. My first time here I tried to inquire about the menu and about the different things that I can choose and pick from the young man was definitely not helpful at all every response I received was in a delayed manner coming from a person that you could tell did not want to be there and definitely did not want to help me. Pulled up the window and was greeted by the manager this guy was a lot more polite and customer oriented explain to me the specials and different things that I could’ve chosen From. When they close the window I looked around I was disgusted by the appearance of the building a closer view it was disgusting to say the least see pictures below. I was the only car here so the process went fairly quickly. I would say the food was OK the fries are stale but the seasoning was good the shrimp was also OK. I would say the captain of the ship jumped off long ago I’ll be leaving this place in my rearview mirror and wishing him good luck with future endeavors.

Have to travel from Broward to come here since this the only one now! It was worth the travel the fries are really good here and the fried shrimps. The price for a jumbo bucket has went up though and the bucket for jumbo has changed as well.. The old jumbo bucket used to be much taller which gave you more crabs! The crabs was very good and super easy to break apart and enjoy. Some of the crabs were small but I did have a mixture of small/large crabs. The service was really quick and everything was really nice and hot! I couldn't wait to get back home and enjoy the crabs.

1 star because you can't post no stars. I use to love this place because they had the best Clam Chowder and Fried fish, but ever since Nikki the manager passed away this place sucks. My husband just brought me Clam Chowder it was sour and smelled. We will not be buying from here ever again.
