Their fries in their chicken taste like fried paper. The seasoning is terrible. Please don’t waste your time and money. I’ve been going and trying to fool ever since it was Captain Jay’s. The food was terrible back then and it’s terrible now. They just need to shut this place down. Not to mention the size of the chicken is a complete joke.

The way I paid for extra seasoning only to open to none at all. Foul bro. I mean it was only 50 cents but the audacity to charge them and then put nothing...Would be good otherwise

The food was great! Just don't buy the cake. It's out sourced and whoever the outside provider is need to stop baking! The lemon cake is dry and taste like old corn bread

Delicious! I would say they are in my top 3 for my favorite fried chicken places. Crispy, flavorful and cooked perfectly. The service was great and the food is cooked to order so it’s all very fresh. I didn’t feel the pricing was bad considering how much food you get. I will be back!

Good fried chicken. The food is cooked fresh, so the wait is long but worth it. It is one of my go-to places when I want fried food.
