I was picking up a door dash here and nobody acknowledged me for 10 minutes I had to honk. Then they finally gave me the order at like 15 min. This was 11:30 pm 3/1/2026

I’ve been to this location several times and have never experienced the horrible customer that I received today. Both the manager and the cashier should be trained again.
The customer service is a reflection of the business and they both should be moved from interacting with patrons.
My experience at this checkers was great there only 2 young men working. They were courteous, the food was hot and fresh and their service was impeccable 👌

It seemed like my sandwich was just thrown together. It was more of the burger on the wrapper than on the bun.. My fries seemed to have been dunked in grease. Overall I will not be returning to this place

Stop now don't go here. The service is horrible when you purchase a drink and ask for more ice they tell you they don't give out ice. The Manger doesn't know anything about customer service.

Very good customer service also the food was delicious.
I placed an online order to be picked up and the food wasn't ready for 20 minutes after I arrived (I showed up at least 10 minutes after it said it would be ready). I went to the online pickup lane and there were cones blocking the exit instead of the entrance to tell people that lane's closed and when I finally went to the main lane they told me I had to park and come to the pick-up window to get my food. So I did that and stood outside for 20 minutes. Would've given 1 star but they got my order correct at least. I don't know if this was a problem with the staff or management keeps the establishment understaffed but it was a horrible experience.
Whatever advertising efforts they manage to capture on tv about this place this location definitely falls short of that every visit. MAYBE THE OWNER ALLOWS IT AND DOESN'T READ THE REVIEWS! the gravy set dark guy is so rude and short with patience. I guess i see the irony in calling it fast food, one minute they tell you that their recipe machine or coupon machine isn't working, next it's they don't accept coupons smh this is false advertising i only visit this location when I'm in the area sadly i didn't want to pay double so i visited one of the other locations that he suggested smh
