Yal, let me just say I never ate a checkers on Monday, we went to the one on 183rd Street and 27th. The lady that took our order and the gentleman that was there they were so nice. Checkers chicken with french fries were absolutely delicious. We purchase the little chicken box, came to $3 and some thing, debt checkers was so good they have worn my heart. I don't know what the burgers taste l ike but I am going to order one when I go back. So if you have never tasted checkers, check them out. Lookout Burger King ? checkers is on the map. Customer service is horrible. Today, Wednesday 8/23/2023 around 1:45pm, I ordered food through the drive thru. I requested pink lemonade to go with my order. The cashier gave me the wrong drink. I asked her could she swap it out, she rolled her eyes and began complaining to the other employee about me and my request for another drink. The other employee went ahead and made the correct drink. Bad attitudes chase away potential customers. Will I ever go back to the checkers in Miami on N.W 27th Ave and 183rd street? No way! I wouldn't go back even if they were to give out free food.

If there's a big sign outside the building and on the drive thru menu that says this, don't charge people the regular price and defend the fact that nobody took the sign advertising the price down.

I never visited checkers and will not after the bad experience I had at another checkers where the grease was dark, making my fish sandwich very greasy..it went in the garbage. Thank God I didn't eat it. I probably would have gotten food poisoning..yucky
