This place is closed down. Do not go here because the location is closed. We loved the owners and they disappeared. I wonder what happened and we wish them well.

Sadly our food wasn't the best. I got honey garlic chicken and the sauce provided might've gotten mixed up because it didn't taste anything like honey garlic. The fried rice was okay and so was the chicken without the sauce.

I been coming here ever since middle school when I was able to order my own food! Lol I love the owners! They are amazing and very friendly! I hadn't been in about 6yrs since I moved away from that area but I recipient back home and ordered and it still had the same Great Fresh taste I remembered! The husband immediately knew who I was! It was a blast from the past! Love them!

Food is Good, plentiful and service and delivery are excellent..The owners are very nice people and very friendly. It is basically a take out restaurant but chairs and tables available for quick eat in meals. My Family has been customers for as long as they have been open. LC

Our hotel recommended China Lakes for takeout. I was hesitant to go in, noting bars on the window and plexiglass shielding the kitchen. A patron, sensing my discomfort, spoke up. "This place has been here forever, and the food is really good," he said. "The neighborhood was bad at one point," he added "but now, not so much." So I ordered one of my Brooklyn go-to dishes -- house special chow mein -- and it was delicious! Pork, shrimp, chicken, a good variety of vegetables. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Another reviewer complained about the egg drop soup. I have to agree: Lacking flavor, with plops of egg. My husband got wonton which he said wasn't bad. Rather than greasy fried noodles which I like with my soup, they give you those skinny tasteless ones that Chun King sells in the supermarket. Gourmet? No! Spic-n'-span clean? Not really. Would I go back? Uh... yeah.

Don't goto to this place quality of food is not that good and even found a hair in my won-ton soup, very nasty place, what they need to do is do a massive upgrade on the place itself remodel it for crying out loud all that money they make, it's been like that since the late 80s

I order so much from there. That they just usually say "the usual" I honestly love them. They are incredibly fast at delivery. And if even you go pick up they are quick. And extremely kind.

First time ordering food from this location! At first I was a bit hesitant due to the negative comments on here. OH WHY DIDN'T I LISTEN? I was highly disappointed. I ordered House Lo Mein & Honey Garlic Wings. The Lo Mein was so disgusting and had a weird taste. I couldn't even finish it. The flavor was not up to par from all the others I have tried in the past! The wings were okay but not good enough to elevate my rating! I will probably never order here again. SORRY but seriously how can a Chinese resturant mess up a good Lo Mein??? How? To me that is too much of a bad sign. Therefore I will not risk trying anything else. There goes my $20! I will admit though the delivery was really fast.

Never order from this place again . Awful egg drop soup, fried rice was ok, but just ok. It was suppose to be beef fried rice and we been charged extra , but somehow the beef never made it . Also ordered sweet and sour chicken big mistake again . To summarize overpriced , awful cooking and we never going back again . Oh and don't forget they will include delivery and tip the total charge without even telling you .
