Doordashed from this place and the bowl and burrito they gave me was practically empty. I also ordered chips with a side of salsa and they barley put any chips in the bag

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service at Chipotle – Miami Gardens Location - Specifically employee "Woodlyn"

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Chipotle in Miami Gardens (Store #3721). The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and treated my family and me with blatant disrespect. When I ordered a bowl with double meat, the employee serving the food refused to provide the correct portion, became hostile, and falsely claimed to be the manager. Despite my husband and I politely requesting the portion we paid for, she ignored us, skipped our order, and continued serving other customers while keeping our bowl on a back table.

To make matters worse, another employee rudely told us, "You can leave, no one here will serve you." We waited for over an hour with our young children, only to be humiliated and denied the food we paid for. When we finally agreed to pay for triple meat just to leave, the employee deliberately shook the spoon to reduce the portion.

This level of customer mistreatment is completely unacceptable. Employees should not abuse their authority or refuse service without justification. I urge Chipotle’s management to review this location’s conduct, take corrective action, and ensure that customers are treated with fairness and respect moving forward.

I’m sick but I decided I needed some fresh air so I walked around to the chipotle to get some much needed protein.
Why is it that I went into the store to order a bowl. Got home and had uncooked rice?!? Literally hard rice that when I spit it out sounded like hail hitting the top of the foil lid the bowls come in.
I called the location 3 times before I decidedly. Had to walk back to get my order fixed. It was a few miles away. About a 6 min walk but what felt like miles given it hurts to walk right now. I get back to the restaurant and I wait on line to finally get to the cashier to tell her the issue. She then says …Oh we fixed the issue…. I look down at the rice and I can tell it’s STILL NOT COOKED. like why am I being gaslit about the “doneness” of the rice?! So then i ask to taste it because I don’t trust them at this point. So I taste it and yet again. Still UNCOOKED RICE. they say they’re going to make it over. And so at this point I ask for the manager. I explain to her that I’m unwell and I strenuously walked back over here to get this fixed. She stops me while I’m giving her the run down…. Because the new rice is done. While she heads over. I even try the brown rice because - I just can’t!” It is also uncooked 😒

She brings over the new rice for me to taste and while it is cooked - it is now so salty that it’s inedible. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience! Not even a beverage.

The fact that so many people between me and my return bought food from this place is the scariest thing. You literally can get sick from eating uncooked rice. You can get food poisoning, iron anemia, E. coli, even GI issues.

The negligence on the chefs part and the lack of empathy from the staff was just lack luster. I have almost 3,000 rewards points from my chipotle membership but unfortunately they will all go to waste because I never plan to eat from this company ever again.

My fiance’ and I ordered online and our pick up time was for 8:50 and we arrived on time just to be told our food was not ready. The first encounter at the window was with a young woman who had no customer service skills whatsoever. Her whole demeanor was rude from tone to body language not to mention she didn’t even give an estimated time or where we should wait. We waited an additional 10 minutes and drove back to the window and encountered another young lady who was nice and told us to wait at the window it should come out promptly. The initial first young lady was standing behind her disgruntled. After another 2 or so minutes we got our order and when we got home we discovered that we had been short changed our additional protein that we bought and paid for after waiting at least an additional 15 minutes or so for our scheduled arrival. We will not be coming back to this establishment. This particular location gives Chipotle a bad rep

As A Dunking Dougnuts Worker I Have To Say This Is The Worst Chipotle By Far I Have Ever Been To In My Life The Customer Service Is Absolutely Horrible The Young Gentleman Gave Me a Half a Spoon Of Chicken Then When I asked the young gentleman can I just have a little more chicken he said it’s gonna be double on top of the kitchen floor was full of lettuce and it was filthy than ever. In my opinion. I think this location needs to close down. It’s horrible.

I’m honestly not even angry just super sad , like I’m just a girl!! I ordered online and asked for no beans instead my bowl is literally ALL beans and 2 pieces of chicken. I approached with nothing but respect but received slop.
