The staff was amazing friendly and helpful. However the food was not very good! It’s a shame to waste such a good crew serving people the below par food they are required to serve the customers!

OMG the best fried chicken in south Florida! I live in Hollywood and the first time I ordered... The food was Excellent! Will be ordering again! The biscuits are scrumptious and the chicken great balance of flavors and so juicy!

I decided to order a family meal from this location online delivery being that I was at work, I chose to have the food delivered 4 PM
(My order was wrong but due to me catering for my family and leaving work one hour after the order Arrived , I had no way of knowing that this location churches gave my family spicy 16 piece chicken family meal ) I tried several times calling this location but No one answered the phone.
Everyone in my family is older well over their 60s and would never attempt to eat spicy chicken or purchase this was a waste of my hard earned money! Furthermore I was charged two extra times on my bank account Statement Which all came to the total of $150 Which was later reversed, but takes 5 to 10 business days to return to my account , I see this as another setback being that rent and bills are due
At this point, I will most definitely be doing a chargeback for the purchase. I made online for a $48 (Original chicken )family meal .
And not a spicy 16 piece family meal
That I strongly feel was deliberately done due to time and what was available at the moment for the large order .
(i’m honest with the survey I was double charged and waiting on a reversal so I actually spent over $100 from my order until my money gets properly refunded)

I order 2 2pcs dark meat 2 legs, I got a leg and thigh. She repeated the order and still got it wrong. The 2nd order breast and wing, that wing was so little, both with okras. Obe of the okras was so old I couldn't chew it, should've been thrown away. I took the order back only to be told no receipt to refund, so I left the order on the counter and call my bank to dispute the $25.95. I never had a problem at this location. Some Spanish dude fixed the food.

Roberta is a star! I wish I could give 10 stars because I would. We are from Connecticut visiting our grandchildren and there's not a Church's nowhere near. When we came down in February, we went to the store on 79th and after that experience, I decided, maybe the chicken is not good anymore. BUT NOPE Roberta served us freshly fried chicken along with sides and restored our faith in Church's. Again, the treatment we received was better than the chicken and that's saying alot. Thank you Roberta!

I haven't had the opportunity to visit this restaurant, but I did visit a small place with the same name on 27th Avenue NW 54th St., and I loved the fries, even though I don't eat many fries.

They didn't have chicken an hour before closing... goofys

The food was hot ? but they didn't have any spicy chicken ? left at all, but the service was excellent ?? and the chicken was a bit over cooked ?. Hey this is fast food ? not Benni Hannah's ?
