I ask for 3 pc One Wing two breasts they gave me three thighs I should have looked in the Box before I looked at the drive-thru got home didn't eat it it was hard like day old chicken that's crazy that Church's Chicken used to be

The churches chicken down 27th Ave. across from the Wells Fargo bank needs to just close down at this point I was told an hour and a half wait because they have no chicken in their cook is on lunch break at 630pm? The staff there is overly hood they talk to you like your a bother to them they have no manners, customer service skills, nor respect! If you have no chicken, why are you even open? If you don’t wanna work, just say that! Churches chicken still has some good food But they’re performance, atmosphere, customer service and overall look is below poor these days!
Food was horrible. Okra was overcooked. The chicken leg was good but the other two pieces were not. What a waste of $13.

Today 11/10/2023 I went to the church's chicken here in Miami Gardens on 175th street and 27th ave. Trying to get a meal to feed my family. Ask the cashier Jordan that on the Texas grande meal if I order it can I substitute the coleslaw. He said yes so I ordered the meal and paid. 2 minutes late the supervisor comes to the cashier and ask "Who order is this?" He points over to me and he tells me that I can't get fries. Only coleslaw! I told her "I don't eat coleslaw and he put fries" She said " If you want fries then the meal cost 35.99 plus tax. I just ask for my refund cause I'm not paying 6 extra dollars for some fries. The fact I was told yes I can change the item and then allow to purchase. The supervisor could just gave me a heads-up for future orders the order can't be modified. I would've been good. But she was being nasty for fries that cost the same amount on the menu as coleslaw. The company wasn't losing. But they sure lose $32.10 tonight over a $3.99 frie
