We hired Personal Chef Max to our backyard shindig, and Oxtail ?Tacos blew my mind. You wouldn't know until you try it! Pickled red Onion was a delicious surprise. Super charismatic, genuinely passionate about his work. Him and his wife won't let you down. Great team and very friendly. Bilingual too!
