I had a great experience at the Crafty Crab in Miami! We ordered 1lb crawfish, 1lb shrimp, mussels, and crab legs, which came with corn and potatoes. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the portions were very generous—more than enough for three adults, and we even had leftovers to take home.

The sauce was good, but I personally would have liked it to be a bit spicier and more seasoned. That’s just my taste, though—it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Our server was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m back in Miami!

Food had no seasoning. I ordered the Boom Sauce medium. My crabs leg tasted like boil water. The sauce is water and didn’t even stick to the seafood. Potatoes and Corn were under cooked. I will never eat there again.

Food is great. the service is awesome. But the environment inside is not. Last time I was there 2 females got into a fight. And threw food on a costumer.

The crabs legs were absolutely bland with zero flavor and luke warm at best. It's clear they are put in the bag cold and they are heated up by the steaming hot dipping sauce they added in after the fact. It's clear all of the seafood is cooked without any seasoning and the only flavor is the sauce, which needs work. The only good portion of the food is the corn ? What a waste of $50...never again! Don't waste your money! The staff is friendly which is always nice but if the food sucks it's not worth going to the restaurant

I ordered tropical special for $58 and I get home and I have no shrimp or sausage.
I had to drive back all the way from hialeah to find out that the chef got my order confused and the lady in the front said they had a language barrier because they are Chinese..
Drove over 50 mins because of there mistake and not having communication.
The only thing the manager said was so sorry about that…
What about my gas ⛽️ and my time!!
I won’t be coming back here ever again!!!

This is my third time here and final this by far has been the worse service I have ever experienced the manager was absolutely unconcerned that my food was spoiled he told me to go to the hospital. I am totally disgusted at how distasteful his attitude was towards my food. I will never come back here.

Never ever again will I patronize this establishment!!!! The food was horrible and spoiled, the manager (Alex) Lex refused to accommodate the meal for free.
SN: we had a party of 18 guests. Which means they made a hefty profit and gratuity.

Worst location… they gave me the wrong shrimp and tried to dig it out of my crab boil instead of bringing the correct shrimp on the side like a professional establishment would when accommodations need to be made. Very cheap and classless of them. They also skimp on food.
