I know there must be a new cook! The food is really spicy. The customer service sucks. Need more people to speak English. I try to support periodically, never know what to expect. Sometimes it is good, many times bad. I waste soo much money, I end up throwing my food away! Things have to change.

Worse service ever!!!! 36 minutes on hold and the lady never came to the phone to take my order! Disgusted when I arrived to prove to the ladies at the counter that I was on hold for so long. Needed to order my food so I don’t spend too much timr at the store. Asked for the manager and they did not get the person ….refused to give their names. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS PLACE. I have ordered black rice and beans with turkey . The rice and beans had a strong burn smell and the turkey was mostly bone no meat. It was a very bad experience. I suggest everyone to check your food before leaving the restaurant!!!!

The bouillon is so spicy, this is not food for sale why is the boy la long konsa. It's like the person that's cooking there doesn't want to be there. Everything is so darnm spicy. I'll continue to avoid this location

TheY have fallen off. Food is not hot anymore like they use to be. The rice is the only thing that is hot because I wait on a fresh batch Everytime.
Please ask your customers if they want a receipt. Make it a choice instead of not giving it at all, and then it's too late...

The girls behind the counter taking your orders is extremely rude and very aggressive, almost pushy like behavior, and I've noticed it on several different trips in addition to that. Phone order placement - the food will not be ready by the time you get there. Never is and probably never will be. It's the same as walking in standing in line and making your order right then and there. The minute you get there. That's when they remember to submit your order to the cooks if it's something to fry. That's when they tell you to sit it'll be 2 minutes, and basically, you'll be there 20 minutes, then receive your food. Do not place a phone order! Never! and when you go in there, be ready to get the most rude, rushed, absurd service ( the lady got mad at the poor soul because he wouldn't yelling over the music to place an order. But the food is great! ( This is reason i still subject myself to the awful service of these folks ) Must say once again that the food is great. SERVICE is unsatisfactory and disgusting, especially for men of color. And if you dare challenge any one of the ladies in there, God couldn't save you. And that's the mentality in there. I'm pretty sure the owner can care less as long as money is being made.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring any children into that place and be humiliated and belittle in front of them.
