This drive-thru was honestly the worst. The line was ridiculously long and you never knew if someone was going to come outside and take orders or if you’d just be stuck sitting there forever. It was completely unorganized.
Cars kept jumping to the opposite line trying to skip the wait and it was a mess. People were cutting each other off almost crashing and nobody seemed to know what was going on. It felt dangerous and frustrating just trying to get through.
By the time you get your donuts you’re already stressed out. Overall it was a terrible experience with terrible setup and definitely not worth the chaos.

Horrible service ... the young lady today with the fro on the intercom utterly rude and has no manners. Taking my order as if I'm begging her to work at dunkin. You chose to work her! The when I asked for a manager, she didnt answer me, her response was only we here ... When I tried to explain to her why should change her attitude if I am telling her she appears to have one, she says it's her demeanor and wanted to know if I'm checking her ... Yes, I'm checking you, because you're rude ... You need to be in the back flipping bagels if you don't want to deal with ppl

She had a fro, with a little bit of blonde in it to the front with a hat or something over her head ... very skinny and unpleasant face ....

I ordered a dozen donuts from this location. The food, in its entirety, was utterly disgusting. I can't even blame dunkin donuts, the staff or anyone else who sell or take part in selling this garbage.

The only reason this quality can go on like this is because people keep buying this low quality stuff. I will never partake in funding dunkin donuts to keep allowing this. Id rather go to Krispy Kreme, Starbucks or anywhere else that considers the quality.

Always takes 15 minutes or longer sometimes up to 30 minutes. Shouldn't be like this for coffee and doughnuts. Bad management.

there is absolutely no point of having the Dunkin’ Donuts app. If you order 10 minutes before you get here in your order is still not done. And then when trying to talk to the manager about my order, not being done, she continuously cut me off. Also, every time I buy food from here, the eggs taste like they have soaked in a nasty old water, and it messes up the entire breakfast sandwich.

I normally come to this Dunkin’ Donuts and have a good experience but the guy at the drive through register today (melanated man whos very tall) had the worst attitude. He didn’t say hello and when I asked him a question he ignored me. I normally don’t care as long as my food is ok. I forgot to get ketchup so I went through the drive thru line again and when I asked he gave me the most disgusted look anyone has ever given me. Customer service is a 0.

I placed a mobile order online and drove to the Dunkin’ Donuts to pick it up. When I got there to drive-through was long about seven cars in line. I decided to go inside the restaurant to pick up my order. I was the only customer in the entire store. When I got there waiting patiently to pick up my motor order by the mobile order pick up. I stood there for about 20 minutes no one addressed me or asked me what I was in the store for no one said hello or can I help you. Another customer came in the store behind me and place his order at the register. His order was ready within five minutes. The staff proceeded to hand him his coffee around me. And still not address me at all. When I finally knocked over one of the stands in the restaurant then they proceeded to realize I was actually human. When I asked about my order the crew member said to me I was supposed to come through the drive-through. I told him had they addressed me when I walked in the store and asked what I was here for they would have known that I was not in the drive-through and I came to pick up my order in person. That staff is rude and very unprofessional they knew I was there the whole entire time and still ignored me in my existence. Had I not knock anything down they would have left me standing there 30 minutes or more looking crazy waiting for something that was never going to come. Must I advise that I am a African-American female and the whole entire staff was Hispanic. Sorry to say reasons like this is why I have no remorse. I’m so tired of going into this Dunkin’ Donuts and being ignored or disrespected. Must I advise that there was items in my bag that were missing when they hand me my order. I would no longer be going to the store I don’t care if hell’s burning over

Morning shift is great! Pm shift is rude. The older lady with Caribbean accent is rude and gets your order wrong. Go in the morning.
