I went for the first time.
Customer service is not good.
The cashier there is Hispanic and does not speak Spanish with the customers, who do not speak English and do not even know the menu.

The bathrooms on the premises are also not available for customers.

NEVER AGAIN!! You must cook with oils that were stored from pre covid!! My entire household was sick who ever was not throwing up had diarrhea!! Health department first thing Monday will be getting a phone call from us!!

Came here after work to order tenders and chicken wings. The lady who was taking my order. She was an older Latina woman she was very rude and seemed as if she was bothered by taking my order.

I typically go there, but my last visit made it my last time ever going there again. I purchased their 10 piece trap wings & 3 year daughter & I both bit into RAW CHICKEN I was so furious I threw it away I should of took a picture for evidence. I called the restaurant to explain & they quickly said NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES . They need to take pride in making sure the food is cooked well despite them having rush hours of orders as that meal made us nauseous for days.

Delish! I tried the fried catfish, shrimp, hush puppies, fried mac n cheese and Strawberry Passion Fruit slushy. This was our first time here, we enjoyed the excellent customer service Bashri was friendly and suggested menu items. I appreciate the option to customize my combo and mixing my fav slushy flavors. Customization is super important to me. Don’t forget to try the trap sauce on the side too. I’ll be back! ?
