the lady with short hair very rude and disrespectful she rushes orders, throws your food, and when you ask for an manager she say “ I am the manger “ in a rude way. then proceed to talk shit in her language, She’s very rude on the speaker then send the workers to the window because she know what she did. Very rude and disrespectful I will not be returning

I ordered my family dinner through the drive-in 11/08/2025;the young lady with the black hair at the drive-in was extremely rude and very disrespectful I'm upset about the hospitality.My chicken was over cooked and pink inside of it. 😌👎

Disappointed and dissatisfied, I ordered chicken wings and 2 of them were still bloody and I drove 40 mins out just to get this food. Sad experience and I won’t be coming back because they couldn’t even accommodate.

Came all the way from Detroit Mi, ordered a Catfish dinner and it wasn’t Catfish Spent 40$. It was Swai fish. Had my wife and kids with me ready to enjoy some catfish and got finessed. Check your Catfish customers Swai fish is used to imitate Catfish at “Hooks fish and Chicken”! Location Nw 27th Ave

As a Mississippi woman, I’m always skeptical of trying other folks catfish, but I ordered anyway cause a sista was hungry.

So I ordered through Uber Eats and I was patiently waiting to see how good this fish will be. Soon as the driver pull up, I can smell it coming out his car. I can smell it coming out the bag.

Listen, I popped open the plate and immediately told God thank you. I tasted the fries first and I’m a fry lover, ON POINT. Then we get into the fish, 🥹🥹🥹😩😩😩. I forgot to say my grace but I stopped and immediately prayed for this business and those who run it. May God turn on the faucet of blessings and NEVER turn it off
