Me and my wife recently visited this location Saturday night in Miami Garden and had a very unpleasant experience with a employee. A Chubby black woman with a nose and tongue piercing. since the moment I walked in, her attitude was negative. she appeared annoyed to be working, didn’t greet me, and was visibly rude when I asked a simple question about the menu. she was on the phone, gave short answers, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I don’t know how someone like that is allowed to work around customers this made me decide not to return to this location. I hope this gets looked into. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but this was next level unprofessional

It wasn't a great experience. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for my food. All the food was very salty, and I had to throw half of it away.

This place needs new management. Coming from someone who used to work here a few years ago this place is dirtyy. They don't wear gloves while preparing food, eat on the clock and wont wash their hands after. The lady who is in charge only cares about food safety when management higher than herself is present but aside from then the place is a total mess. This is all from a employee side but from customer is worst, I’ve been here once since I left since I’ve refused to eat there after seeing how they operate but they got my order. I ordered one thing and they managed to get it wrong-

The worst staff you this place the manager at the window this evening no customers services every thing I ask no also the chicken was not fresh was sitting there all day or they have old oil nothing was fresh in my orders

Why does the black lady cashier tell you to stop and wait prior to getting to the drive up window? I got so tired of waiting so I drove up to see what was the holdup. Guess what I observed, my food was already on the counter and she was surprised to see so she hurried and grabbed my food and gave it to me. Guess what, she purposely held my food to make ne wait longer as she was on her telephone. Wow! These type of workers make the business loose customers. Lazy and unconcerned about the business failure.

This place was not a good experience for me today. The lady taking orders is very outspoken when not to be. She's there to take your order, be respectful, and for customers to be respectful to her as well. When you arrive at the speaker she tries to rush you to order. On top of that, I ordered 4 wings and didn't mind paying what it cost. I asked her did she have a crispy and her reply was, "yes". She read the order back to me correctly but still gave me one wing, a leg, a thigh, and breast (all the chicken over cooked and old). These other parts of the chicken I don't like. Lastly, I ordered a sweet tea and that was awful as well. After retrieving the food I waited about 2 or 3 seconds to see if she would give me a receipt, we'll she didn't. My fault I should have held up the line, checked my food, and got a receipt. But, the person I am I didn't want to hold the other customers up in line. When I arrived home which is 199 and got settled in my home I was disappointed at what I received. She should not be working at an establishment such as KFC. I don't think she enjoys her responsibilities. I guess I'll start going to the KFC in Miramar.
