From the moment my group and I walked in, we felt the hostile environment. The workers seemed annoyed that we were there. We had to ask for help after 5 minutes. When we asked for the ingredients of a chicken empanada, she said “it’s in the name.. chicken” and laughed. HORRIBLE customer service. It sucks that the food was good but since the customer service was horrible, I will not be coming back.

I couldn’t even rate this place on how good the food was because the service was that bad. I got to the counter and asked to 2 Cuban sandwiches. I was then asked if I spoke Spanish, I said no but I only need 2 Cuban sandwiches. This lady did not help me. She started taking the people behind me, then asked someone else to help me. I placed my order and waited over 30 minutes for 2 Cuban sandwiches. Not my first time eating here, but today will definitely be my last.For reference because they’re so far off- Cuban sandwich/sandwich cubano

The Worst Attention they have given me!!! They get upset about every thing that is asked of them from the attendant, they see you waiting and they ignore you as if you were going to order without money... This Bakery is the Worst. It is the one that is next to the Price Shoice Super Market in Miami Garden, the one that serves has been in that place for about 5 years and already believes that he has a guaranteed job because of it. Pilasssss Well!!!!!
