Little Caesars Pizza

,the Latin gentleman at the register with light brown hair and glasses is very rude. It's 11/29/2025 at 8:49. I ordered online and had an item missing from my order. I waited in the long line patently like everyone else tonask for my missing item. He Asked me if I was missing an item the cut me off as I was answering to say that he can't answer too many people at once and served another gentleman that was there next too me. Me and the gentleman next to me both looked at each other how bizarre it was for him to ask me what I need to just dismiss me. What is the point of ordering online to have to just wait in line for an item that they failed too supply? also why call me up to just dismiss me when I had already been waiting in line without saying a word?

Terrible delivery control, they do not control who they deliver their customers' food to. And they are not responsible either. Terrible 2 hours waiting for nothing.

Horrible experience. I ordered 4 pizzas to feed my family for the night. When the driver gets here, he only brings one pizza instead of 4. When I call the store to speak to a manager, Loren tells me there’s no manager or supervisor on site that can help me with my issue. I don’t know how you get an order of 4 pizzas wrong, it shows how unprofessional and how incompetent these employees are. If there’s an emergency, there’s no manager or supervisor you can speak to. I will never order from this place again. Horrible experience for lack of better word.

Worst experience ever. I called the number on the website to place an order, gave my card, placed the order, and when I arrived they said there was no order and that they didn’t take payments over the phone. So I basically got scammed by calling THEIR phone number. I gave all my card info to someone, my card app told me the transaction was in that exact location, and they said there was nothing to be done. The manager treated us BAD and we had to pay again for an order. They didn’t even gift us a mere order id bread. Worst experience ever.

Mt cheesecwas dry and cold pizza

I ordered the pizzas online to pick up at 1pm in the afternoon and when I arrived at 1:20 they only had half of the order ready. It is a lack of respect because one makes the order in advance and had the child in the car. It's not the first time that this happens. I don't know how I keep shopping here.
