The food is not all that and the prices are a bit high for a new place that’s opened recently. I ordered tacos Al pastor and the pork tasted more like lechón from el President Super market. Very disappointing in the food that is so called authentic Mexican food. ?

When I lived in Florida, they were my favorite, especially the burrito, although they were expensive, they were worth it. I always went to the one in Miami Gardens with my family. Now that I'm in Charlotte NC I miss them a million because no food truck or Mexican restaurant makes them as delicious as Chef Pancho's, no one has surpassed them. I hope one day they can come here, it would undoubtedly be a complete success.

I confidently say this is the best Mexican food in all of south Florida.And it’s coming out of a pinche food truck..Simple ingredients, great meats, great prices.Everything on the menu is fantastic, I’ve ordered it all.I recommend carnitas, camarón, y pollo. Elotes y chilaquiles muy buenos también.
Wow what an amazing taco spot . The birria tacos —- uffff delicious ! The cheese stretches forever and tastes delicious . The tacos al pastor and steak were also great . I don’t understand how people say this place isn’t good . I thought it’s easily top 3 spots I have found in Miami . Come try for yourself. It’s 1000 times better than any fast food spot . It’s actually cooked to order . You’ll find it behind the gas station . 4 tacos for $15 is hard to find nowadays !

Service is amazing every time I go. Owners (husband & wife) are extremely friendly and cater to authenticity. There is no better feeling then knowing I have some ice cold modelos in my fridge and I get to pick up some of my favorite fast tacos to hit your late night cravings. I have also tried their flautas, shrimp quesadilla, and tostadas; all are delicious for a quick fix!

The staff was nice and the food was seriously amazing. It went way past my expectations. The quesadilla was so delicious and flavorful and the steak tacos were very good too, the meat was juicy and cooked to perfection. I will absolutely be back. FYI there are 2 food trucks at this location the to the left of the racetrack is the tacos.
