I frequently go to this casino and I used to love eating the increíble hamburgers at Lucky's but this was my last visit , the hamburger was super dry, no favor at all, the bun was burned and hard, and the beer was hot. I feel really disappointed about this and my last experience over there.

Everything was great. The only issue (understandable) was they were in the process of a Menu change, a couple of items weren't available that were shown. I simply chose another item and enjoyed the evening.

The food was average for a sit down restaurant. The Kitchen is a poor replacement for the old buffet. There seems to be a prohibition of the waitress visiting the table more often than every 15 minutes. All in all,it was a nice meal, but dinner took an hour and a half.

disappointed

special menu was very set , example green beans and corn not one or the other ,mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes again no choice of one. This restaurant was far superior as a buffet, change back and business will return.

The interior design was like a cafeteria, bland and ugly, not inviting at all. You need to seriously address design, lighting, and how to create intimate dining spaces rather than the open rectangular gymnasium-like space currently in use. The waitress was nice and friendly but seemed "new", confused, making many trips back and forth. We chose a wine bottle listed, then were told "we don't carry that anymore", so a menu update is needed. Paper napkins, and silverware in a paper bag, slapped done on the table is NOT high end!!!!!!!! How can anyone in your organization think this is acceptable? The food was below average, not appetizing, and quite bland. The entire restaurant had only two tables of guests, and yet our order came to the table incorrect. YOU NEED A CHEF, because the person responsible for our meals was not at all well trained. I can cook better food at home. For example, we ordered pasta dishes which arrived "soft and mushy" as if the pasta had been pre-cooked and then heated back up. My chicken piccata was breaded soft and flavorless, rather than it should have been, such as crispy and freshly made with fresh lemon. We can see why your restaurant is completely empty of guests, and we would NEVER return for a second dinner unless you make some major and rapid improvements. It is such a shame, because we eat regularly at Seminole Casino in Pompano Beach, The Isle in Pompano Beach, and also the Hard Rock Casino.....ALL of these casinos have WONDERFUL restaurants with awesome atmosphere and delicious food. In no way do I intend this email to be nasty, but we love Calder casino and we love fine dining....I hope you can use this to make improvements and if you do, please let us know personally and we would consider giving you another chance. WAKE UP or close down.....this restaurant is really sad.
