My experience at this McDonald’s was not good. After leaving the drive-thru, I realized I had been charged twice—once for my order of $10.12, and again for someone else’s order of $12.29 that I did not place. I noticed the mistake within 10 minutes and immediately went back to the restaurant.
When I explained the situation and showed proof of both charges on my statement, I was told that “a person cannot be charged twice without a fingerprint,” which made no sense given the clear evidence. After about 15 minutes of explaining and showing my receipt for the $10.12 charge and the additional $12.29 charge, they finally issued a refund for the incorrect charge.
What frustrated me most was that no one took accountability, and no one apologized for the mistake or the inconvenience. Errors can happen, but good customer service means owning up to them and treating customers with respect.

I placed my order on the app and went through drive thru for pick up. Young Hispanic girl at the window was RUDE!! She handed me my drinks and 3 bags. I asked her if the fish sandwich was in the bag and her response was check. I said excuse me...she said I don't know if it's in there. I was in absolute shock with the response that she gave me. I told her she did not have to be rude and asked for the manager. She came to the window and I told her that her employee is very rude and should not be in the window. She responded with I told her that you were still waiting on the fish sandwich. I told her that when I asked her if the sandwich was in there she told me to check. Food was disgusting. I will never return!!
