I used to come here all the time to get their pan con lechon, but I moved far. I now have a job close and went today to get it. Very disappointed, as it was very cold inside. It was like taking the meat out of the fridge and toast for a minute. It was also a bit on the dry side, they used to have a better mojito. It was still decent as they put a lot of pork and priced very reasonable.

My visit to the bakery with my family left a lot to be desired due to an unpleasant experience I witnessed. During our stay, I noticed that employee Maylin Cruz flatly refused to give a receipt to a customer who had spent around $80 on her purchase. What made this situation more frustrating was the rudeness with which he addressed the customer, abruptly telling him that due to the cash payment, they would not provide a receipt.The man in question left the bakery visibly upset, and I can understand his frustration, since all customers deserve respectful service and proper documentation of their purchases. This experience left me with a negative impression of the bakery and makes me hesitate to return in the future. Employee Maylin Cruz's customer treatment and lack of professionalism should be addressed to improve the quality of service at this establishment.

My experience at the bakery was disappointing in several ways. Firstly, the numbers in the business were not up to date, which made it difficult to know the cost of the products. Additionally, I encountered an employee named Mayelin Cruz, who was extremely rude and dismissive after I made my purchase and handed over a $100 bill. He refused to provide me with a receipt which is unacceptable.The most concerning thing was that, instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, employee Mayelin had a dispute with several customers at the same time, demonstrating a complete lack of respect. What's even more disturbing is that he stated that he didn't care about losing his job since he had his entire family here, which shows a lackadaisical attitude towards the quality of customer service.Worst of all, when I tried to get the owner's phone number to report this incident, I was denied. Overall, my experience at this bakery was highly unsatisfactory and unpleasant due to unprofessionalism, rudeness, and refusal to address customer concerns. I cannot recommend this place to others due to these negative experiences.
