I use the reviews in Google maps to make decisions in where I bring my business. I'm not sure of the decor. My excellent food was delivered. I was pleased they accepted cards. No miscommunication with order. Love good Chinese food. Cant get better than this. Only one that can come close to a Chinese place in Connecticut I loved. Worth the drive if can't get delivery from this place.

This place is absolutely one of the coolest restaurants in the neighborhood. Anytime I come to this place I am highly glad. They maintain their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they serve. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service phone line never works unprofessional
I always order Minges but the last 3 times they haven't even bothered to show up. I don't know what is going on with their business, but they are given very poor service now. I order online so maybe their site is down, but 3 times??. The first time I called them after waiting an hour and 15 minutes, they said...oh we can't do cash with orders placed online, but they have before! The 2nd & 3rd time, they were just a no show. I'll be checking my bank account to make sure they didn't charge my card, and I am definitely not ordering from them ever again!! Poor customer service

They told me delivery was 40 minutes to an hour I called when it was an hour and 10 minutes away they told me it was on the way...I live 5 minutes from this place and it's now over an hour and a half...😤😤 When I called again the guy that answered said he has to call the driver...almost 2 FREAKING HOURS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE!
