My family is from the Island and although they may have the best prices for conch, the wash out the natural flavor of the conch. If the are tenderizer it. Please stop washing it. Conch should have a white milky taste to it. I purchased 5 boxes on the 6th of January and it was bland and taste less. Good thing I know how to repurpose conch and give it some taste.
