All of the ladies inside are friendly and on point with the service of food and colada/cafe con leche,BEST COLADA in Miami
Avoid this place at all costs. Bad service, it does not comply with the Latin cafeteria because, to begin with, they do not follow the customers' instructions. My friend ordered a Cuban coffee with little sugar and they added so much that what didn't dissolve stayed at the bottom. I asked if they served breakfast and they said yes. I ordered toast, scrambled eggs with ham and an orange juice. Apart from the fact that the young clerk asked me about the order three times, I decided to leave a tip, which I would later regret when they brought me scrambled eggs with burnt toast and a sad napkin, and without cutlery. When I asked about them, the young woman told me in a not very cordial way: "We don't have cutlery." Appearance is another point. Both the young woman and the distracted lady who does not paint or color were dressed in clothes that do not belong in this type of establishment. The young woman was wearing tight-fitting elastic pants that showed off her cellulite and showed off other parts of her body, as well as her blouse. The lady who was doing nothing was wearing clothes that gave an out-of-place presence, looking dirty and unkempt. The only thing that worked was orange juice.

Food and coffee here are great but their cashier is rude af and service is horrible. If google allowed for negative review, this place would deserve it for service.

The 3.5 rating is too generous. Ordered pan con lechón. The pork was not fresh, grey in color and at least a COUPLE days old. The bread had mold. This place is an embarrassment to the Latin and cuban community and should be shut down.

The 2young ladies at this location seems to be prejudice. I went into buy 2 cups of Cuban coffee. They act like they did not want to serve me as a black person but the older lady there seems to be OK.
It's a shame that this place is losing as much quality as it had before.
